As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Forgot to order something so I got back in the drive thru line a second time as they were kind of busy. Same attitude. Won't return.

I ordered two 'All American Cheeseburgers' and customized them to be plain (no mustard, pickles, or ketchup), but kept the cheese. As you can see in the photos, I received two dry patties with no cheese at all. This is now the third time I've had an issue with my order being incorrect at this specific location. I enjoy the food, but the consistency with mobile orders is becoming a real problem. I’m hoping management can look into why 'plain' is being interpreted as 'no cheese' when the receipt clearly shows it was paid for, but hey there allowed to discriminate against an autistic individual!!
