  Manager hung up when I called. Wings were barely sauced. The skin was raw and slimy and the inside color was red throughout every wing. I threw the wings in the broiler to try and get them more done and then decided to call. I live 25 minutes away and they asked me to bring the wings back so they could look at them. Then they asked me to bring in a picture tomorrow instead. As soon as I told the manager I’m not going to do that he hung up on me without any resolve. Driving 25 minutes to get a potential refund is ridiculous. I was just hoping to receive better food and customer service. B-Dubs lost loyalty today.

  First time I ordered here I ordered a 20 piece with four different flavors sauces instead I got an 18 piece with three different sauces didn't even get the one sauce that I ordered for my kids only got the three hot sauces I mean I don't understand how they mess up a 20 piece it's a maid in a box that has four holes for four different sauces and they only filled three so they know they messed up and done it anyways definitely won't be going back to that place definitely didn't get what I paid for

  Food was fine but service is a 1. My husband placed an order that was accidentally duplicated (system glitch), and we were charged twice for the exact same order placed at the same time. You would think they would have called to clarify it was intentional, or at least refunded our money for one of the orders when he arrived to pick it up and said we only wanted one of them. They refused to refund the money. When he called to speak with someone in charge, he was told there was nothing they could do and he was given another number to contact someone who never answered the phone. We live down the street and love wings but will not be coming back. Terrible first (and now only) impression.

  This place has only been open for a few weeks, and I’ve already had multiple bad experiences. I was there for the opening, and while the corporate trainers were fantastic, it has been one bad experience after another since then. I’ve witnessed managers being rude to both cashiers and customers. Today, I was put on hold for 15 minutes before I finally had to hang up and make other arrangements. It seems crazy for a brand-new store to already have these issues. On the bright side, the food has been great every time.

  Darius with the side hat gave horrible service. We arrived to pick up our food and wasn’t told anything about the drinks we selected not being there. We looked in the bag and then was told “oh we didn't have the ones you wanted.” So of course we just grabbed whatever they had because it was covered with the Pick 6. Along with that, one of the 10 count wings only came with 9. But I didn’t make a big deal out of it because that was the least of my worries. I was excited to have one close to us because the only other Buffalo Wild Wings is on the north side which is 20 minutes. Got home realized we didn’t get the brownies we ordered. So we came back and was told they didn’t have them?! Why weren’t we told when we got there? And then just asked for a refund but was told a manager wasn’t present and we just took the cookies bc we were told they were actually more than the brownies. Come to find out the brownies cost more than the cookies. We will not be back except for when I get my refund. I will gladly drive 20 minutes to the other Buffalo Wild Wings or go elsewhere. The reviews are all correct. Horrible service.
