  BWW Go location on Harden Blvd in Lakeland needs help. We have ordered from there twice since they opened and our order was wrong both times. When we called to let them know and asked them to deliver it to us since we were already home, they said they could not do that. We had to get back in the car and go back to get the other half of our meal. Operations and customer service are very poor. Won't return for a long time.

  Waited more than a half hour at a table! Not a lot of customers in there to be so busy. No drinks no order no waitress no appetizers ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!!! Horrible experience! I am a diabetic with low sugar and I needed something to eat. I was craving wings but was wrong! Don’t waste your time like they did mine!

  Chips and queso w/chili was great as always. Cheese sticks had a freezer burn sort of flavor only 2 bites. Ordered 2 sets of 6 bone in wings. Buffalo mild and some new chili crisp sauce. Both sauces were good. But all the wings were tiny and overcooked. 6 wings for almost $12 is atrocious for that size and to be not cooked properly. 8:30 pm on a Wednesday 7 people at bar top maybe 8 other tables in the entire restaurant. The wings were terrible, dry and oh did I mention they were dry?

  We’ve been coming to this BWW regularly since moving to Florida, and it quickly became our go to spot. Unfortunately, one visit left a bad impression the wings were dry, which was really disappointing, but I brushed it off because we genuinely enjoy coming here. A few weeks later, we came back again, even though I was hesitant and had told my husband I wasn’t too excited about going back. Sadly, that visit was even worse we found a hair in our wings. That was enough for us to decide we won’t be returning.

  So I’ve been coming to this specific Buffalo Wild Wings for a while now (3 years since moving here) as it’s the closest one to me, and I’ve always liked their wings. But after this last visit, I won’t be coming back to this location ever again. I get that stuff happens and a hair can end up in food sometimes, but this was on another level. There was a really long hair completely wrapped around one of my wings. Like not just sitting on it..I had to actually unravel it to show the server, which was pretty nasty. The server was really nice about it and brought out a new batch, so no complaints there. But at that point I was already too grossed out to even enjoy the new wings, and honestly I shouldn’t have even tried to stay. I ran to the Krispy Kreme next door as fast as I could to shake off that feeling off.
