  Went here to pick up a food order on the way home today and went through the drive-thru. Never go through the drive-thru! I placed an order, and one of the orders I had took the last medium cup size. Like an idiot, I ordered my meal the way I always do, and it was supposed to be a medium order like always, but the voice came back and said we don't have Medium cups, we are out, you took the last one with your previous order. Well, of course, now I am forced to pay a large price, and I shouldn't have to pay the upcharge because they don't have large cups; they could have even filled it up to medium standard, and I would have been fine with that, but no, it didn't go down that way. I am definitely disappointed with the customer service. Also, whoever is speaking through the drive-thru box should not be speaking with marbles in her mouth, as elderly veterans can't hear well, and even my wife was struggling to understand, and she is much younger than I.

  The curly fries were the highlight of the meal—perfectly cooked, crispy, and well-seasoned. However, the rest of the visit was a bit of a mixed bag. The cashiers seemed much more focused on quickly moving the line along rather than providing attentive customer service. As for the food, the roast beef and chicken sliders were notably salty, and the Diet Coke had an overly sweet taste, suggesting the fountain syrup-to-carbonation ratio might have been off. Great fries, but the service and overall flavor balance could definitely use some improvement.

  I’ve been here twice and both times they’ve had no sauces, nothing to make shakes and no cheddar for the beef and cheddar sandwiches the drive through line takes about 20 minutes to get through because the workers take one order and then wait to take the next until the first person has their food. Horrible experience would not recommend eating or stopping here.

  My wife and I specifically went to the Arby's on Lakeland Highland Blv.in Lakeland fl so we can eat and then go to Sam's right behind it. I wanted the BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich and and she got a regular roast beef meal. NO BBQ Pulled Pork. Bummer so I got the same thing my wife got. The lady at the counter looked and acted like she didn't want to be there. No smile, and very rude. As we were getting our seats I noticed that there was a lot of water on the floor beside one of the tables.So I went up to her and told her about it. She responded, I KNOW. Don't know how long it was there before we got there but we were there for about a half an hour and she walked by it about a half a dozen times and did not clean it up. Didn't even put the caution sign up in front of it. They weren't that busy that she couldn't walk over there and mop it up or even get someone else to do it. I just hope someone doesn't slip and fall because of it.
