  DISGUSTING WHAT THESE EMPLOYEES DID!!! They need to be investigated by the FDA. We ordered from the app two nights in a row and we almost threw up all over, we feel robbed by this Taco Bell. They gave us old food that must have been sitting out all day and the taco shells were soggy and falling apart and my wife requested no sauce as she is sickened by the chipotle sauce and they gave us an old order covered in chipotle sauce and the meet was cold. $70 dollars for food for the family and first bite we almost all threw up from how disgusting these people are serving old food and wrong orders to people on the regular bases. I honestly tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I feel this is criminal. Employees just don’t give about quality anymore I feel very bad for the owner and anyone who has been ordering from there in the evening!!!!

  Apparently they dont honor the $1 happy hour drinks advertised on the website because they "are a franchise" when I asked the girl who's name is ELIZABETH for the store manager she said she wasn't there so I asked the manager's name and she laughed in my face and said WOW..I'm not giving you her name. Why though? That is terrible customer service and SO RUDE!!!

  Your happy hour is a joke. $2.19 instead of $1 everywhere else? I'll use my rewards and get a free item and keep it moving. I'll spend my money places I don't feel I'm getting ripped off. Edited to add and your four pack of drinks is $8 while it's $4 everywhere else. I've never seen a business try so hard to drive themselves out of business 🤣
