  This location is usually a hit or miss. My last three attempts it’s been a complete mess. The drive-through line is usually a nightmare. It’s either attitude when you can’t hear them, rudeness when you can’t understand and or just a lack for customer Satisfaction when you bring something to their attention. Many times my food has been Charred. I’ve been charged for things that are not in the bag. But this last time I cut my wrap in half to one side with no chicken and the other even had the core to the Romain lettuce in my wrap. I will no longer be spending my money here.

  The food is always amazing so we use them for all our family events. In addition, I placed a catering order and there was miscommunication that could have very well been on my end. The order was placed for the wrong day. Vanessa in customer service and the lake worth store manager Romel worked to rectify the issue and we were able to get the food for our event on the correct day. Excellent service!!

  I eat at Pollo Tropical very often, so leaving reviews for individual locations can start to feel a bit repetitive. That said, I still like to share when a visit stands out, and this one was definitely worth mentioning. The food here was good as usual—everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor, which is exactly what I’ve come to expect from Pollo Tropical. I always order the Avocado Cilantro Tropichop, and today it was especially satisfying. The ingredients tasted fresh, the portions were generous, and everything was well put together. It’s one of my go-to meals, and this location did a great job preparing it just right. It did take a little longer than usual to get my food, but considering I visited right around the 12:00 lunch rush, that’s completely understandable. The staff still seemed to be working efficiently despite the crowd, and the quality of the food didn’t suffer because of the wait. Overall, it was a great experience today. Consistent food and solid service keep me coming back, and this visit met those expectations nicely.
