IM DONE. THIER SANDWICH WAS AMAZING. BUT IT FELL OFF BIG TIME. I TRIED ABD TRIED AGAIN TO GET THAT TASTE AGAIN BUT AGAIN THEY LOST IT. IM SO UPSET. CHARGING US THAT MUCH!!!!

If it would only happen at peak times then sure I will let it by, but I've gone where I have been the only customer and they somehow still manage to mess up big time.

I understand there may be an additional charge, but the lady with glasses who was handing out the food at the final window was very rude. She did not explain properly, had an unprofessional attitude, and closed the window abruptly without giving us the chance to decide if we wanted to pay for more. It’s not about the extra cost, but about how we were treated. As customers, we expect respect and clear communication. This type of attitude does not reflect the level of service expected and should be addressed by management. I hope they learn how to treat their costumers.
