- ASAidan ShamesMay 9, 20261.0It's Dunkin. I go frequently and this is a covinent location. I now avoid it and go out of my way to other locations just to avoid it. I gave it once last chance today and they messed up as always. MULTIPLE times have I gone and they are out of stuff IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. Out of most donuts etc. When I order something in the app and it turns out they are out of it like a drink for example, they REFUSE to refund you or even compensate you properly with something of equal or more value to what you original got. The worst Dunkin location I've ever been too. Would avoid. Terrible unhelpful staff.

He had an attitude about everything … my coffee didn’t taste right (watered down coffee and no hazelnut flavor) and he showed me an attitude when I asked him if the flavored shots were put in. He was even talking rudely to his coworkers. Very unprofessional. Feel bad for the other employees working with him. When I asked him about the coupon on my app, he rolled his eyes… just really uncomfortable situation. Didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to cause a scene with our little kids who just wanted to enjoy some donuts. On top of all the above, the half dozen donuts were all stale.

- KVKathy ValenciaFeb 4, 20261.0The guy who attends in the mornings or the one who prepares they don't give the bread that one asks for, this has happened to me 4 times. Maybe they don't like customers arriving in the mornings. The manager should demand that of what is asked of him
