- AAAdam1 day ago5.0This is hands down the best Dunkin Donuts I've been to in Florida. I've been to nearly 30 different locations from Fort Pierce down to Pompano and coast to coast, and these employees are absolutely amazing. The young lady at the drive thru speaker is the #1 Worker Dunkin Donuts has LOL! I'm claiming it right here and now! God forgive me I can't remember her name right now, but she sure knows my name 🤣! She is so sweet and recognizes my truck as I'm pulling up and just says 'Hey Adam, we got your order', and I always laugh and say thanks, she is so polite and absolutely lovely. And she's isn't the only one, every employee, whether young man or woman, they're always polite. And they always get my order right. Even when I change my order, they notice the difference. I try and make sure I tip them every time, and I'm happy that the Dunkin Donuts app has a tip option, they deserve it and more. Thank you to my Dunkin Donuts at 8221 Lake Worth Road, just west of the turnpike it's literally right next to it. You guys SLAY!!!
- TOTamara OMay 8, 20261.0I am a daily customer at this location — I come in almost every single day and have been a loyal patron for a long time. Unfortunately, after what happened this evening, I will no longer be returning. I ordered my usual marshmallow latte, and to my surprise, I was charged an extra $0.75 for the marshmallow foam — which is supposed to come with the drink. On top of that, I was then told that the Oreo add-on I have been paying $0.30 extra for every single day since that drink launched has now been raised to $0.75. I pulled up my receipts right then and there showing consistent $0.30 charges, and rather than acknowledging the discrepancy, the employee Javii deflected and said it wasn’t her — it was Jennifer who insisted on the $0.75 charge. Javi then claimed she called her manager and was told that was the new price. Here’s the problem: when the order was actually rung into the system, it did not reflect any extra Oreo charge. The only thing that appeared was “marshmallow — $0.75.” There was no transparency, no clear pricing, and no accountability. This location has no consistent, posted pricing for add-ons or customizations, and charging customers arbitrary amounts at the register is not acceptable — frankly, it borders on deceptive business practices. I am deeply disappointed in how this situation was handled and how little regard was shown for a customer who walks through those doors nearly every day. You have lost my daily business. And I am not stopping here — I will be escalating this matter, because customers deserve to know exactly what they’re being charged and why.

The service is always great—fast, efficient, and my order is consistently correct. One of the team members even remembers me and my order every time I visit the drive-through around 2–3 AM. I’m greeted immediately both on the intercom and at the window. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a quick bite during those graveyard hours.
