I normally have a good experience at this 7 brew but today I did not. I went with my friends and we had separate orders and we informed the brewista, josslyn (EDIT, GOT NAME WRONG) , of that. She took the drivers order and then asked me what i wanted so I assumed that she was doing the seperate order before paying, like they do at many 7 brews. After I ordered, she then proceeded to yell at me when I said it was seperate and said yall need to let me know next time because… and rolled her eyes. She then proceeded to be very rude to my friends in the backseat and had an attitude the whole time and did not ask for phone numbers or what they want. I have never encountered a 7 brew employee as blanatly rude as her. There is no need to be disrespectful and rude to someone who is ordering and tipping you.

First timer and was very pleased! Cookie butter coffee was tasty and light, not too sweet. As an avid Starbucks drinker, this was a refreshing change. Oscar was such a sweetheart to chat to at the drive thru window while waiting for my drink. It’s rare these days to have in-person customer service that’s so friendly and engaging. He made the experience very personable!

I went to 7 brew and I was welcomed by the most kind group of people I could ever encountered. Valentino, Kelsey, and Elyse were nothing but friendly and welcoming. I order my drink and while I was waiting for it to be made they were making me feel welcomed by asking me how my day was going what I plan on doing for the rest of the day and I could just feel so much kindness coming from them. If I were the manager at this location I would know who my star employees are… Thats for sure!

The 7 Brew on Hypoluxo Road is seriously unmatched! The drinks are consistently amazing, and the quality is something I notice every single time I go. Everything tastes fresh, well-made, and exactly how I expect it to. Unlike some of their competitors, 7 Brew actually has that consistency where you know you’re going to get a great drink every time. But what really makes this location stand out is the customer service. Oscar and Val were absolutely incredible and easily the highlight of my visit. They were so friendly, energetic, and welcoming, and they made me feel like a genuinely valued customer. You can tell they actually care about the customers and take pride in what they do. Oscar and Val are a huge reason this location stands out from other coffee places. Between the quality and consistency of the drinks and the amazing service from Oscar and Val, this 7 Brew is easily one of my favorite spots. Definitely worth stopping by!

Kamryn was absolutely AMAZING! She was so sweet, polite, and energetic, and her customer service was top-tier. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it made the whole experience even better. And the coffee?! ☕️🔥 BEST coffee I’ve had in a long time! Kamryn definitely knows how to make a perfect cup. I’m officially spoiled now. 😂 I can honestly say I’m not going back to Starbucks or Dunkin after this! Kamryn has a new regular customer. 💕
