I ordered the Royale Benedict, and it was outstanding: perfectly poached eggs, a rich and silky hollandaise, and everything cooked just right. It's easily one of the best Benedicts I've had. My wife had the chicken noodle soup, and she couldn't stop talking about it. It was hearty, full of flavor, and tasted homemade, the kind of soup that warms you right up. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive. If you're in Lake Worth and looking for a great breakfast or lunch spot, The Pelican is a must. Highly recommended!
