The servers are saints! They're soooo patient. The autism support group that came in was tricky to please, but the staff catered to everyone's needs without judgment. Everyone left satisfied!

Met up with friends to try Lilo's happy hour after hearing good things. The food itself was the highlight—the wings were super crispy and the fish tacos (from the regular menu) were outstanding, featuring a generous, perfectly cooked, flavorful fillet. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. The happy hour menu is apparently much more limited now than it used to be. Service was friendly but seemed inexperienced; our Aji tuna was entirely forgotten and only brought out at the very end after we asked about it. To top it off, I was charged full price ($19) for a Casamigos drink despite the menu explicitly stating premium liquors were included in the happy hour deal. The back-and-forth required to fix the bill left a sour taste in our mouths.

We had a very nice experience at this restaurant/pub. They have a great selection of beers, and the menu is the perfect size — not overwhelming, but with plenty of fun, mouth-watering dishes that make it hard to choose. The only downside was that the service was a little slow. Our server came over very quickly at first, but we hadn’t decided on our dishes yet, so we asked him to give us a couple of minutes. Unfortunately, it took closer to 5–10 minutes before he came back to take our order. A big plus is that the place is dog-friendly, which made it easy for us to bring our dog along. They even have their own dog menu, which is a really nice touch. The atmosphere is great, with plenty of TVs to enjoy games and sports while having a drink or a meal. Overall, a very enjoyable spot with good food, a great beer selection, a welcoming atmosphere, and thoughtful touches for dog owners. We would definitely come back.

This will be a lengthy, honest review. This place is beautiful actually.. but the service and food doesn’t match the atmosphere.. I have been begging my boyfriend for months to come here.. we had visited about a year ago just for drinks and probably ordered a small bite to eat but i cant remember.. What i do remember is the place being packed. We ordered drinks then last minute was told it was happy hour (told by a guest sitting next to us) then we felt rushed to order another because we were unaware.. Fast forward to tonight.. My boyfriend and I came into the restaurant well after the World Cup ended so i cant even give them that excuse that it was busy.. We sat at the bar which had probably only 7 other people around.. we sat for well over 10 minutes before even being greeted. I watched someone who looked like a boss come behind the bar to change a tv. A woman who was stocking glasses right in front of us. Not a hi how are you someone will be right with you.. nothing.. finally the bartender comes around. Serves someone who came after us before us.. a woman next to me had just returned. Skipped right over my boyfriend and I to greet her again. Then we got menus… we ordered a stella & a bloody mary. She left the drinks so quickly and ran off. I could instantly see a hair in my drink but as i was talking she walked away.. i didn’t touch it. Another 5 minutes pass and my boyfriend had to wave her down & asked for a remake on my drink.. she apologized, she did say she was going to take care of my drink which was actually very nice.. But then we ordered food…… Im in the industry, so I'm more patient but my boyfriend is not. I could already tell he was unhappy being here. We first got the chips & salsa trio.. the chips were actually good & salted well but the sauces and guacamole thing they got was not, very bland. No flavor. But i was starving & the service wasn’t fast anyway to complain 😩 Sauces were Salty more than anything. Guac seemed premade/store bought and liquid form. We got the beef/pork potato balls. Gross. Very hard to enjoy but we ate them.. Oysters!! We tried ordering before the happy hour cut off but seen the bartender was dealing with a customer who almost left without paying. We finally caught her attention on the dot!! We ordered 6 oysters. I love oysters and order them all the time, i can say these tasted good but felt cut up and placed on the shell.. i went to dump the ice water off each oyster and the meat fell off instantly with each one and they were the tiniest pieces. Usually i use a fork to pry it off or with my mouth.. Then we ordered the seafood taco trio. We instantly regretted it.. at this point we were the only 2 guests in the building. Our tacos took extremely long to get to us while we’re watching the staff sit around and gossip with each other.. We never got the bartenders name but she-was redish short hair past shoulders and wore glasses. Moved super slow. Her hair meeds needs to be pulled back, that could’ve avoided the hair in my drink and maybe our experience could’ve been saved a little .. overall we were just so unsatisfied, we will not be returning, sadly..
