  I stopped by the drive through and ordered 2 cold drinks and 2 glazed donuts. When the employee handed cold drinks one was leaking and spilling the drink out of the cup. The employee cleaned with the napkin the cup but still leaking because whoever prepared the drink overfilled the cup. And that was my wife drink, she used all the napkins available, and as I still on the window I ask for more napkins to clean the mess and the “ big middle age white woman “ answered “ there are napkins on the bags”, as that was a mistake answered to me like that, because I replied with a nice voice “ I need more napkins now!”. And she understood the message. Unfortunately both drinks were terrible and the glazed donuts were baked the first day when the store opened and she found them on the corner ., and handed to me. I can hear the donuts screaming “ don’t eat me !”.

  This is the worst Dunkin I ever been to food is nasty and the workers are rude. I was waiting at the window for at least five minutes just for no one to take my order. I then pulled up because I noticed it was a line behind me and the associate, Amanda Tells me she can’t take my order at the window because it’s a line behind me. I mentioned I had been waiting and no one took my order. The rude Manager came and made it no better Jamie and said they cannot take my order. What a waste of time.

  I stopped by real quick in the driveway thru. I needed only one doughnut for my daughter who was doing her kindergarten exams today. I drove up to the window. The guy at the window was talking to someone. I don't know who. Their was no one else on the drive thru lane. I just sat there waiting. I got the bag after a minute or two. The bag was right there at the window. I could have just grabbed it. I gave the cashier my card to pay for the one doughnut. The cashier asked me if I wanted to leave a tip? I said what? For a doughnut? You're not a waiter depending on tips. You're handing me a bag with one doughnut in it after making me wait. Is 20 cents really going to make that much difference to you? I mean really! I won't be back!

  The cashier (big American white lady), so nasty. Sunday March 29, 10 am It makes you just want to walk away. At least the other ladies were nice enough. Can't blame the place for the person, but you can blame the manager for having such a nasty person in that position.
