A huge thank-you to Desiree, she was friendly, upbeat, and helpful with our options. Her positive energy made the visit even better! The Halloween decorations added such a fun touch, and the team went above and beyond for every customer. Everyone was smiling, and the whole place felt welcoming. The food was great, and the coffee was amazing, honestly, better than that other place with the green logo! 😉 This team deserves recognition. We’ll definitely be back!

Decided to try ordering inside as the drive through wasn’t moving, when I entered there was two people in front of me at the register, waited for about 5-10 minutes before someone came up and took one man’s order and then went to the back, I was completely shocked that they didn’t care about the rest of the customers waiting to order before walking away, I walked out of line to the pick up window and there was 7 employees all working and worrying about ONLY the drive through. After waiting 20 minutes to get my order taken I called back to maybe get someone to take my order, a few of them looked up rolled their eyes and went back to helping the drive through, there was a couple ahead of me in line that said they had been there for about 15 minutes before I got there, another lady said she had been waiting on her coffee and food for over 45 minutes!! I left without placing an order because I had to get to work. The manager this morning doesnt know how to run a shift and needs to be retrained. i have been a fast food manager for almost 5 years and her not having a single employee on the front counter is completely unacceptable.

They give me my order and it’s literally flimsy and raw bacon. They had the nerve to tell me that the Seasoning prevents it from getting crispy like that is not accurate at all, and I’ve had hot and crispy bacon from several Dunkin’ Donuts. Manager was No help didn’t even try to rectify it or fix my order. They just chose to be lazy.
