I called to speak with them, and they placed me on hold for 10 min with no one coming back. I called again and the female who answered said they were busy, which I can understand but was rude and did not apologize or want to investigate on where my order was. A simple explanation and apology would have gone a long way, but she chose to not acknowledge or help my issue. Would not order from here again.

I have not ordered from Domino's in years, until tonight. I ordered from Domino's on Rt. 27 in Lake Wales. You live in Florida you have limited choices, but this is my new go to spot! The pizzas were phenomenal! And even though they add a delivery charge, the delivery driver Brian, was extremely friendly and professional, so I had no problem giving a cash tip. I'm not sure who's in charge of this restaurant, but my hat's off to you! Whatever you're doing, keep it up! Thank you very much!
