  Wow. I went to this location at 10:03PM and asked for double meat on a chicken burrito bowl and was told i could not get double meat. I believe if the customer is paying with their hard earned money then an employee should not attempt to stop a paying customer. It was a weird exchange for me because i never heard of that rule. I eventually ordered two burrito bowls and left. -100/5

  this place was great when they first opened but has gone downhill. the portions are incredibly skimpy. rice is so freaking cheap, when one orders an entree with extra rice, it shouldn't be a small amount barely covering the bottom of the bowl.

  Rude staff I’ve gone several times to this location and it’s always something. If you go thru the drive thru they don’t even acknowledge you while you’re waiting. If you order to go there is always something missing from your order. Hint: the secret to good customer service is COMMUNICATION , acknowledgement at the bare minimum and to crack a smile once in a while.

  So sad that my girlfriend posted a honest review for this million dollar company 1 week ago & the best resolution they provided was to redeem a free drink… I spend $16 for 2 meals, submitted a claim due to having a BIG HAZARD PLASTIC LABEL MIXED in my meal & they couldn’t even refund me my transaction receipt that I provided from my bank app. Very unfortunate that these million dollar businesses really don’t care about their consumers & when shit does go down for their business they are the first begging for our attention for our $$ but an issue rises & they do the bare minimum to resolve it. So sad that customer service is truly going down the drain from all these corporate business that won’t exist WITHOUT US, THE CONSUMERS.

  I work at the dealership next to this chipotle; I’ve ordered many of time within the past months since they opened. Until now; I’m concerned on who’s in charge of making the guacamole. As per usual, I went to the restaurant & places my order inside; as I’m eating my order back at work, LUCKILY I was able to find this plastic cut up label of the guac label mixed into my food. I was baffled that something so simple, the workers are dropping the ball in. I tried reaching out to this business card I grabbed before even noticing the plastic hazard in my food, randomly my intuition told me to grab a general manager & apprentice contact card. This is very unfortunate, usual food is on point & cleanliness but I can’t help to be upset over a minor task that could avoid a big issue.
