  Soy cliente de pizza hot, en este local no me dejaron usar el baño para orinar solo porque no tenia una orden de compra aun, le motores la app para que vean que soy un cliente y me dijeron que si no tengo una orden no puedo usar el baño, le di las gracias me fui y no compre nada

  Tried to order some pizza for delivery and was told they don't come here. Im only 11 minutes away from there location. Telling me to order from Casselberry

  Kaleigh Riel, who was filling in as a manager at this store, was great! She works at store #26505. I'm only giving a 3 star review because of the male driver that answered my phone call at 9:25 10/24/19 and decided he had better things to do then his job and provide decent customer service. Somehow the call center screwed up our call and transferred us to the wrong store twice. Kaleigh was kind enough to figure out what went wrong when we showed up to the store and fix our problem. The male driver who answered the phone was the biggest issue. I was told by him, he's been doing this for awhile and has never heard of my address, they don't have my order...is that really how you handle this situation? No. You handle it the way Kaleigh did. Thank you Kaleigh and I am sorry about my husband and I's attitude when we first confronted you. You saved the night!

  Excellent pizza! They are the new official pizza of the NFL and they deserve it. Love the stuffed crust!
