- SLSubject Line2 days ago1.0Do not come here. This place is just taking your money for low quality preparation and ingredients. Manager did not allow me to use my reusable cup despite them selling reusable cups. So I asked if they could just not give me a lid then at least so I ca pour it right in. The manager said no. Then when I asked why, she said because I’m paying for the cup so we can’t just give you a cup without a lid. She also said they don’t do refills. Umm his is this a refill if no fill was given. Try a different word. There was no real logic used here on her part. If I’m standing in line asking for my drink and plan on pouring it in the cup, just don’t put the lid on. What’s the problem with that if I’m grabbing it straight from your hand to mine and then into my own cup. That defeats the purpose of bringing your on cup. Trying hard to reduce plastic is impossible and it’s like you have to force them to just not give you the cup if you’re paying $6 for a small latte and you brought your own cup. The managers reasoning was not clear and made no sense. Then they charged me for whipped cream after I asked for none and when I showed her my receipt, she said it comes with the drink. If that’s the case, then why add a separate line item with a .50 charge for whipped cream? Never supporting Dunkin again. The drinks are poorly made for the price and it gives me gas and I’m not even lactose intolerant. They also were short staffed so the wait times were long. I’m better off using bland office coffee or brewing my own.

I don’t do anything crazy I have a black coffee with almond milk and two sugars. I get a plain bagel with egg, bacon and cheese on it. Ordering this for years from Duncan forever. I go to this location a couple of times first they gave me a bagel with cream cheese and put an egg in a bag. Don’t know what that was about. Then they gave me a coffee with ice and almond milk and sugar in it no coffee whatsoever.. The third time I went there, they handed me a dozen donuts, a bagel with nothing on it and just a black coffee and then every time I go hey this isn’t my order. This isn’t what I wanted. It comes back 10 times full and I’m there for 25 minutes trying to explain what I wanted.

The woman stated "it don't work like that you didn't call" what happened to the customer is always right? You would take my word over the phone but not my picture in your face? How do you order a 3 ingredient bagel and get turned away bc they missed an ingredient?! lol
