  By far the worst customer service ever!! They only focus on the drive through, I arrived by bike! Multiple employees looked right at me. No one said hi no one said can I help you? I just stood there! I guess you’re only important if you go through the drive-through! I will never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again worst customer service ever if I could give them less than one star, I would give them negative stars!

  I'm sorry but this is genuinely the WORST Dunkin I've ever been to. I've given it multiple chances and my coffee is absolutely disgusting every single time. I've even gone back inside for adjustments and they somehow make it even worse. I never ever write bad reviews but please save your money and make the drive to a different Dunkin it's not worth the time or money to come here.

  Originally I wasn’t going to leave a review, but after seeing multiple complaints mentioning the same manager, I feel it’s important to speak honestly about my experience. The manager, Mayra, was extremely unprofessional during my visit. I came in as a customer simply trying to place and pay for my order while also scanning my app. Instead of receiving basic customer service, I was met with attitude from both an employee and management over something as simple as separate transactions, which I had no way of knowing beforehand as a customer. What made the situation worse was the energy and behavior displayed in front of my child, who attends school nearby. It was unnecessary, uncomfortable, and completely avoidable. I did report the incident to corporate and was told the matter would be escalated, yet I have still not received any follow-up. After reading other reviews mentioning similar experiences with the same manager, it’s concerning that nothing appears to have changed. The assistant manager I spoke with afterward was polite and understanding, which I appreciated. However, the overall environment created by management at this location reflects poorly on the business. Customers should be treated with basic respect. If multiple people are consistently reporting the same issue, then the issue should be taken seriously.

  i just went and got a brown sugar shaken espresso and i had to write and say that it is the best bsse i have ever had in my life by a landslide. elite barista idk his name but he had brown hair thank you sir i hope u have a great night!

  Paid for six donuts, but they never gave them to us. They kept them behind the counter while we waited for the rest of our food and we left before we realized it. We called afterwards (the donuts were still sitting behind the counter), and the lady said she wouldn’t give us a refund, but she planned on restocking them to sell to someone else. Super lame.
