So I went to order something in the drive-through and the person who answered didn’t greet us did not greet us. He just said what are we having? In a rude tone.Is 2:30 pm. So I drove away, cause he sounded like he was annoyed😳

The manager ( i assume) who was a hispanic man was very rude to me after I had to go in twice after finding hair on my egg. The first time I went around I found a slightly bigger strand of hair than the one shown and I went through the drive through to tell them and they gave me another one, the two younger guys who handled that were nice. I opened the new sandwich to check it and there were two tiny hairs on it. I decided to go back around again to tell them and just ask for a refund. Once I got to the window, the hispanic man already decided to be rude to me. I am not someone who is confrontational and I don’t have a rude tone so when he immediately started to talk to me with that attitude it was unwarranted. I gave him the sandwich back and he started taking it apart at the window and he raised his voice and was saying that he didn’t see it and that they just made it for me and as he was picking it apart aggressively I told him it’s very tiny and he’s probably not going to be able to find it now because of the way he was taking it apart and once again I reminded him it was minuscule (as you guys see here) and that it could’ve been from like the fuzz of someone’s shirt or something and then he yelled to his crew “we’re not going to make her anymore sandwiches” or “we’re not going to make her another sandwich” and I told him beforehand that I didn’t want another sandwich and that I just wanted a refund, and so i reiterated myself and told him “I don’t want another sandwich I just want a refund”. Mind you, it’s not like I ate any of the two sandwiches they were left whole. He kept asking where it was and that it’s not there and I told him if I had known I would’ve taken a picture, literally forgetting that I did take a picture because I was so taken aback by his demeanor, and I got my refund and as I left the drive through I remembered that I actually did take a picture but I decided against going back in person to show him because: what’s the point I already got the refund and also he was very rude and I didn’t feel comfortable going back…so I’m just leaving a review to show proof. Also, I guess to also say that being mean, dismissive and accusatory wasn’t needed. That could’ve been handled better. He could’ve just said “i’m sorry here’s your refund” or honestly he could’ve just not said sorry and just could’ve given me the refund…I just left feeling bad after the entire thing and felt like he was fighting me the entire time being a bit aggressive with his raised voice, tone and overall behavior…once again the two younger black guys were nice but the hispanic manager with the black shirt wasn’t. He also said it could’ve been burnt cheese or something and I was like “no, it’s not that” and as you can see in the photo it isn’t burnt cheese…

Unfortunately, I work next to this location ! I don’t recommend anyone to come into this location and Expect anything, but Terrible customer service. As Usual , I walk into store Stand at the counter . two associates are by the counter they look at me then walks away. To tend to the non busy drive thru start chit chatting . The other one seems to have just been clocking in whatever the case may have been there’s 3 associates at work at this time. What to expect when walking in . No greeting , employees won’t acknowledge you and let you wait around for about 15 minutes before they decide to take your order . I’ve told my coworkers countless times I will not buy anything in there Unless I’m desperate. The fastest service you’re gonna get is if you order20 mins ahead of time so you don’t have to talk with any of the associates and even then you still gotta check your order cause it will be messed up or burnt. They need new management to train them no matter how many different crew That have came and gone they all seem to have the same attitude.

I’ve been living in Lake Mary for the past 8 years and have been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for the last couple of years. It’s really disappointing to see how much this location has changed. Orders are constantly wrong, and when you politely say something about it, you get attitudes instead of customer service. Finding hair in your food is completely unacceptable. And what happened to the pup cups? They went from a decent size to these tiny little cups. Then when I asked for a bigger pup cup with a munchkin inside, they argued and complained about charging extra. I don’t mind paying extra at all — just keep the pup cups coming for our dogs. Overall, the customer service at this location has gotten really bad. I hope management sees this and actually does something because this Dunkin’ Donuts location is not good at all anymore. See the photo I always open my sandwich to add some condiments and I see hair 🤦‍♂️come on.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE, you’d have better luck going to the Starbucks or even the other Dunkin down the road. Absolutely horrible service, waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for one drink, 2 donuts and a ham and Swiss croissant. They did not give me the ham and Swiss croissant, I asked for a refund and they just told me sorry, pull forward. The donuts are half the size of other Dunkin’ Donuts locations and the drink was horribly made.
