  I’ve been living in Lake Mary for the past 8 years and have been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for the last couple of years. It’s really disappointing to see how much this location has changed. Orders are constantly wrong, and when you politely say something about it, you get attitudes instead of customer service. Finding hair in your food is completely unacceptable. And what happened to the pup cups? They went from a decent size to these tiny little cups. Then when I asked for a bigger pup cup with a munchkin inside, they argued and complained about charging extra. I don’t mind paying extra at all — just keep the pup cups coming for our dogs. Overall, the customer service at this location has gotten really bad. I hope management sees this and actually does something because this Dunkin’ Donuts location is not good at all anymore. See the photo I always open my sandwich to add some condiments and I see hair 🤦‍♂️come on.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE, you’d have better luck going to the Starbucks or even the other Dunkin down the road. Absolutely horrible service, waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for one drink, 2 donuts and a ham and Swiss croissant. They did not give me the ham and Swiss croissant, I asked for a refund and they just told me sorry, pull forward. The donuts are half the size of other Dunkin’ Donuts locations and the drink was horribly made.

  The people working today were super rude!!I have been coming here for years and never experienced this level of disrespect. Now they charge for ice water? Also, they gave me 3 munchkin count and one looked like it was missing a bite and refused to replace it. So I asked to buy a donut instead and they said I had to go wait in line again!! 10 more min wait for one donut! When I asked for their names the guy said “the irony of this” to me and refused. There are plenty of other Dunkin’s around. I’ll take my 30$ orders for my family else where.

  I came april fool day is all over the internet free coffee i pull the app show the associate that the coffee is free for today he keep repeating if that is true i can see it on my app or they tell day two days before i don’t know nothing about it even showing him in my phone it has a code ,he said no i show him i was on the app he refused to give me the coffee and be sarcastic at the end i was so mad that i yell at him because he didn’t shut up this location at lake mary is getting ridiculous i heart about that bad service but know that i experienced i can tell is true

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. Walked in around 5pm and the place had a garbage lid on one of the eating tables. In addition to other random garbage around. Upon ordering a drink that I wanted from the menu the cashier was confused and didn’t know what the drink was. Then I wanted to order a hashbrowns and the guy said the toaster was turned off for the night!! They don’t close till 8pm!! Why is the toaster shut off 3 HOURS BEFORE CLOSING!!!! Insane. The banana frozen chocolate shake was extremely light in color, tasted nothing like chocolate and did not include the chocolate swirl which was included in the photo.
