I live near the one in Mount Dora and it’s 10 times better and cleaner. I would’ve never expected this in Lake Mary

There were 1/2 dozen workers behind the glass, none of which were very inviting, or happy (My daughter said, "They don't seem happy to be here). We go here frequently so I feel bad leaving this review but I believe if you don't know what's going on, you can't fix it. The girl making our meals was just slopping things on, I asked for a small amount of sour cream and got a whole cup on my bowl (nobody eats that much sour cream). I said something and she just shrugged like it was nothing. There was something unidentifiably crunchy in our bowls, we assumed it was uncooked ride. And lastly, the chips were stale (not even a little), both bags. With the price of everything going up, and spending this much money on a meal out, I would expect the food to be fresh. This trip to this Chipotle left us feeling, "Meh", why come out and spend this kind of money simply for the convenience of not having to cook. We told our kid's friend, next time we'll make home made fajitas instead and apologized to her for her meal. We WANT to come back, please talk to your mgmt and employees!
