- SOSoukaina El omri2 days ago1.0I had a disappointing experience at this location today. When I walked in, I greeted the employee with a smile and Hi, how are you?” and she did not acknowledge me. I then asked if I can order a chicken quesadilla and was told that quesadillas can only be ordered online. I explained that I had just ordered the same item in a different location the week beforeand that I was unaware of this policy. Then other employee shouted “Different stores have different rules.” I understand that individual locations may have different procedures, and that is ok but the way this was communicated felt unnecessarily dismissive and unfriendly. I was simply asking a question and trying to place an order. better customer service and a more courteous way of communicating store policies to customers is much needed !!

Had some guy in front of us in line who didn’t speak English so she had to translate his order to the guy making his order. She then cussed out the guest in English as he was walking away since he wouldn’t understand it. That’s not how you treat people.
