  I go to this specific location all the time even though it’s about an hour away. They have great service and are very fast when it comes to the drive thru. Had one specific experience I’d like to share though!! Just yesterday I was picking up an online order for me and my mother, and my car decided to take a dump on me IN the drive thru. I’m talking smoke out the hood, temperature over 260, and wondering if I got time to make it out the drive thru and park before I turn it off. I didn’t in fact have that time though, but staff helped me. I was given directions of a nearby auto repair shop, and they helped navigate other vehicles around me before pushing my car into a parking spot. I could even leave my car there overnight so I could come back tomorrow to check it out. Best team I’ve ever encountered!

  It was real busy when I walked in but that didn’t stop Trey from greeting me right away. Trey was awesome man! He took my order too and we just chopped it up a little bit while he worked. I walked in to this Chic-fil-a tired and hungry. I left feeling refreshed from our convo and full from the food. Trey if you read this thank you for the convo, and for your energy. They’re lucky to have you!

  This review is not to bash Chic Fila food as I love the food. However if Chic Fila promotes Door dash on their app as the delivery provider then Chic Fila should fix the problem for a delivery mess up instead of the customer having to fix the issue by calling door dash themselves. It is one thing if I pick the delivery platform but this is on Chic Fila app. They should offer to get a replacement meal delivered immediately.

  lmkkkkk why this the second time i’ve went here for lunch around like 11:30-12 and my order is messed up. i’ve gotten completely watered down sprite twice from this location, one was sprite the other one was a strawberry hibiscus sprite that was literally light pink when she handed it to me so i already knew it was gonna taste weird. (the drink is definitely supposed to be a wayyy darker color) Also, along with my watery hibiscus sprite, i ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickes. when i opened my bag i was pleasantly met with a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with soggy wet tomato’s in it. sandwich was so soggy the bottom of my sandwich box was dripping liquid from the tomato juice that landed on my work clothes. so for my lunch i enjoyed a soggy sandwich that i didn’t order. nothing catastrophic i definitely will continue to come here religiously again for lunch bc duh its chickfila but yeah. also the guy that’s always speaking with that “Zuh” accent is the one that got my order wrong. I was irriated. Thank you.
