  A fantastic experience at Cava! The food quality is on another level—everything is served fresh, presented beautifully, and packed with incredible flavor. The atmosphere is super welcoming, and the service makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. If you're looking for great food and a great time, this place is an absolute must. 100% recommended!

  This was a poor experience the rice was super hard and old. They were pretty rude and stingy with toppings and made it seem like a bother to have to work. I would not come back here.

  Found out earlier this year that Cava is in Lake Mary. I usually go to the one in Winter Park, but when around the area it is a solid and tasty option. The restaurant is modern, clean, plenty of parking and both inside and outside seating. Staff is mostly attentive and nice, but a couple could be less annoyed to take care of customers. Food was fresh and it is prettu busy during lunchtime. It will be in my rotation list when I visit Lake Mary.

  I’m new to the CAVA hype and honestly didn’t know what I’d been missing until I stopped at the new location in the Atlanta airport. The line was huge, which I usually take as a good sign, and it turned out to be one of the most delicious and satisfying healthy meals I’ve had while traveling. It was so good that I immediately decided to find a CAVA closer to home. For this visit, I built a bowl with half SuperGreens, half brown rice, grilled chicken, spicy lamb meatballs, tomato and cucumber, pickled onions, and fiery broccoli. Since I love spicy food, I finished it with the Skhug dressing and a light drizzle of the garlic dressing. I also ordered a side of the pita chips because I’d first tried them in Atlanta, and they were every bit as delicious the second time around. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, vibrant, and satisfying. The combination of the spicy lamb, Skhug, and fiery broccoli delivered just the right amount of heat while still letting each ingredient shine. It felt like one of those meals that leaves you full without feeling weighed down. Next time, I’ll probably add the harissa spread because I have a feeling it’s going to become another favorite. One fun side note: while walking through the Atlanta airport carrying our CAVA bags, several people stopped us to ask where we’d found it because they had no idea there was a CAVA in the airport. We were happy to point them in the right direction! This visit confirmed that my first experience wasn’t a fluke. I’ll happily return whenever I’m looking for a fresh, flavorful, high-protein meal.

  We love Cava and come here regularly. Jennaiah is always very friendly and welcoming. The tables are gross. Always sticky like the cleaning solution stripped off the finish. We have to take the food out to go every time now. Fix those tables and back to top scores!
