  Had such a great experience tonight at Cava! The entire front-line team was welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu items. A special shoutout to Lead Brittney for her amazing customer service and positive attitude. My bowl was absolutely delicious and made perfectly. You can really tell the team cares about giving customers a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

  Raphael and Fernando helped me with a large takeout order of 25 bowls…along with pita and desserts. They did it quickly, efficiently and they were super courteous! They made the whole process very convenient for me. I will definitely be back to this location.

  We love getting cava as vegetarians. There are a lot of options that you can make the bowls completely meatless, which is wonderful. They also have a lot of toppings and you can get multiple different hummus as well. Great find for people who eat meat or just a cleaner anti-inflammatory diet.

  Do not order online! 27 for two bowls and this is what we opened. I called the store and the manager directed me to online support whom ultimately refunded me but the lake Mary manager stated that “the employees are taking portion control very seriously”. If this is what they made in front of me I would have walked out. For 27 dollars I expect to get something other than an appetizer. The bowls weren’t even half full. This is embarrassing.

  Rafael at Cava was amazing! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience so much better. He had a great attitude, was patient while helping with my order, and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and takes pride in his work. Employees like Rafael are the reason people come back—thank you for the excellent service!
