  My tortilla was visibly moldy with an odor. That’s already disgusting but also annoying because someone other saw it and rolled it up anyways or didn’t bother to look at all. What really bothers me is the way I was treated when I brought them back for a refund. (because why would I want it remade from the same kitchen that gave me a moldy item?) The lady at the front is very polite to everyone in front and behind me - except me - this lady walks away in the middle of my sentence to accommodate someone who walked from behind me, up to the counter, and interrupted me to ask for an item. Okay cool. Long story short they finally refund me after making me repeat the issue 3 times and nobody bothered to apologize for the negligence or inconvenience or just that’s it’s nasty - nobody bothered to look me in my eye as they refunded me for moldy food. I don’t know if they were scared I was going to make a scene or something but I was actually pretty calm and kind considering I wasted half my lunch from work on this bs. So idk eat here at your own risk.

  Robyn the manager not only met but exceeded my expectations. The location was very nice and friendly staff that made sure we were taking care of. I highly recommend this location for their excellent customer service skills.

  I tried Arby's for the first time in a long time, I guess im easily influenced because I saw a commercial for those steak nuggets and it persuaded me. Unfortunately the steak nuggets were very dry and I did not enjoy them, the mac and cheese I got with it was also not very good and I would not order it again. The mozzarella cheese sticks were very good and the fries were awesome like you'd expect from them.

  Drive through staff were so courteous and patient with me as I forgot my hearing aides and they spoke up and blamed their speaker system not me....that's politeness!
