  I asked the customer service person for 2 cups for ice water with my carryout order for 2 people. She gave me 2 very small clear plastic cups that were not large enough to hold enough water for a normal person to consume for a meal. I asked for 2 larger paper cups and she said that she would have to charge me! I then asked for 4 of the small clear plastic cups and she said that she would have to charge me! I asked her to send out the manager. She went back to talk to him and he sent her back out to the counter to tell me he said to give me only 3 small clear plastic cups! When I go to Steak N Shake they give me HUGE cups of ice water! I guess I'll just go there from now on. It's closer to my home anyway. Thanks Arby's!

  Just out of curiosity, is it too much to ask to possibly put some care into handling your food that you pay $14 for otherwise why do you even have cups to put the fries in if you’re gonna just throw them in the bag?

  The service was so nice! When I got my chitlin sandwich and meat mountain, the employees IMMEDIATELY starting playing ROD WAVE! Truly an amazing experience

  Manager Erwin went above and beyond after I went in to order food for my wife, son, and myself. My wife was waiting at home but my 11yo son was sitting in the truck playing on the switch game, I made it out of the store carrying 3 meals and drinks with some extras and upon coming to my truck I asked my son "help me buddy, open the door" he completely ignores me of course being stuck playing Minecraft or whatever and I try to open the door well, you all can see where this is going. Upon 2 of the bags ripping apart and one of the beef n cheddar sandwhiches splats meat onto blacktop along with fries, luckily everything else was somewhat edible or in my opinion anyway. But I go back in and dont even mention or ask for a replacement or anything free as it was 100% my fault, Erwin asks "what happened brotha" and I explain, immediately he says oh put your money away we got you! I said you really dont need to do that it was my fault but he insisted. In my book this is TOP NOTCH customer relations/service and I will now drive to this location over the one on 17-92 even though that one is closer, as well when deciding between a quick lunch for myself and co-workers i will now 100% recommend or push Arby's (this location specifically). Thank you Erwin as well as Ziah, and Melissa you all did a wonderful job in my book and the least I could do was write a quick honest review. Thank you, JTB
