  Very rude customer service. I asked a simple question about cold foam and was told, “It’s cold foam, are you serious?” Not everybody drinks cold foam, so obviously not everyone knows what it is. This is the third bad experience I’ve had at this location. I’d rather drive 5 extra minutes to another one than come back here. Would not recommend.

  I love Dunkin’ Donuts, but this location Was unfortunately horrible This lady, you see here I had to take a picture of because she would not give me her name. She had a very nasty attitude for no reason I asked her nicely for the key for the restroom. There is two restrooms. One of them is locked. I’m guessing they use it for their own personally used even though it was for public so I entered the one on the other one and there was no toilet paper I go to the front desk to key for the other restroom. She told me go on the other one. I said there’s no paper there. She made me wait 10 minutes to bring me paper and gave me a very ugly look I said thank you. She proceeded to look up and look away. Dear Dunkin’ Donuts, you cannot have employees representing your business like this. This is very unprofessional. I even asked for her name and she wouldn’t even give it to me. She looked away. I will not be attending Dunkin’ Donuts anymore.

  Went in to use the restroom first and while I washing my hands the water would not go off. So I went to the 3 ladies that were all just standing there doing nothing and I politely said… excuse me ladies the water in the restroom will not go off. Is there a trick to turn it off. All three of them looked at me and then one lady went back on her phone and the other two just turned their back on me and walked away. So I said O ok very nice. Just let the water run, it’s not your money. I was waiting for my husband to come in but after that situation I just left. Owners should know.

  I can't say enough about this location. They are not all the same. The drinks just taste better here, they have the magic. They are my daily habit! Mistakes and all, which are bound to happen the manager is on point and sets it straight. Talk about a hard working individual! When I go out of town I'm always let down by other Dunkin's. Love my local Dunkin!
