  Ordered a smash burger. It came out with 2 barely cooked, non crispy, nonsmashed patties that looked like something youd be served for school lunch. I wait at the drive thru for 15 minutes for them to come to my truck again to ask what I need. I send the burger back and the manager comes out, she's obviously very unhappy with me being unhappy with my food. For 2 minutes we argue back and forth about what a smash burger is with her persistently trying to convince me she cooked it right. I ask her that if she brings me a non smashed normal double cheeseburger if its going to look the same as my supposed to be smashed burger, she finally takes the bag back inside to recook it. I was very patient through all of this and understanding and friendly since they were busy when I first got there and she was obviously stressed. She sends another worker out with the new burger. This one asks me to check it to make sure its right but I tell her I dont wanna bother them with it anymore. I left fully prepared for whatever i have in the box. I open it after getting home and its the same patties as it had before, but broken up and burnt on one side with only the middle being smashed using a spatula or whatever. smashed so thin its just a crunchy chip of burnt meat, which the way I take it is the managers way of getting back at me for saying it wasnt a smash burger. Needless to say the manager was rude and the food wasnt good. The 2 stars I gave on service are only there for the non manager who was very nice and wore a smile despite having to come to my truck 3 times. If not for her it would be 1 star on service.   Went through today on my lunch break. I ordered a drink and onion rings..... I couldn't tell you how the drink or food tasted because I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes no one brought my food out... HORRIBLE... DIDNT HAVE TIME TO STOP ANYWHERE ELSE BECAUSE MY LUNCH BREAK WAS OVER. SO SONIC SUCKS!!
