- BFBob Fisher3 days ago1.0Made an order in the mobile app and arrived 20 minutes later. Waited in line for 10 minutes. Still managed to forget my daughter's donut in my bag and it was such a simple order - iced coffee, breakfast bagel, hash browns, donut. The breakfast sandwich was horrible, the bagel was very tough and hard to bite into. Very unappetizing, I'll stick with Starbucks or the other local coffee shops. Definitely won't be back. Do better Dunkin

No smile, personality or pleasantries just rudeness, talking over you and not listening to what you say. I ask for a black coffee and a sour cream doughnut. As I’m mentioning the sour cream doughnut, she just keeps mumbling (hodd er coll….hodd er coll, hodd er coll). I tell her hot and then she’s like OK so what else? After I mentioned this sour cream donut AGAIN, she then asked me do I want anything in my coffee? 🙄 WTH?? At the window zero smile, hello, thank you. She just shoves my change and the food at me & quickly turns away. I’m so so sick of people like this. Is it too much to ask to have any form of professionalism or politeness. Or does Duncan not care about this???? Please Duncan let me know.
