  As someone who works in restaurant operations, this was one of the most disappointing Chipotle experiences I’ve had. At 3:30 PM, this location was out of both pinto beans and chicken. When I asked when more chicken would be ready, I was repeatedly told, “It’s shift change, I don’t know.” Running out of core menu items in the middle of the afternoon is frustrating enough. The lack of urgency, communication, and customer service made it worse. One employee appeared to be handling the line alone while another remained in the back. Restaurants face challenges every day, but guests should never be left wondering when basic menu items will be available. Today, this location missed the mark on both execution and hospitality.

  I can’t believe I’m leaving a review for a fast food place, but I felt like I needed to. I have definitely been increasingly disappointed with most chipotles that I have visited. The food isn’t that great and the cleanliness always seems questionable of the locations. Not only did this location seemed dirty and understaffed, the person who made my burrito was wearing a filthy shirt it did not appear clean. When they were making my burrito, the tortilla split open, and without a word, this employee went and grabbed a second tortilla to wrap around it. This made it essentially impossible to eat, I felt like I was chewing through dinosaur skin. I’ve experienced different things like this across multiple locations in multiple different areas, I’ll be curious to see what happens to this brand in the future

  I have always enjoyed this place. But today was different. No cheese dip, which would have made it much better, and no knives, or forks. I asked for queso dip, and forks, but was told they were out of both. Made it more difficult to eat. I felt the staff could have been a little more cheerful.

  Walked in stressed already because I had a big order, gentleman who help me at first was kind and very helpful I asked if we could do one bowl at a time because I had 6 different bowls so I did not get any of them wrong, he was nice and agreed, the manager told him not to do that and do them all at once, I explained I asked him to do one at a time and she told me it was just faster for them to do them all at once mind you I was the only customer at the time, so I just decided to do my order online, was very rude on managements part
