- MMMelissa Milliman4 days ago2.0I've been to chick fil a all over the place and this is by far the worst one we've ever been to. The young lady in the drive thru was very nice and professional so that's the only reason for the 2 stars. Food was cold, biscuits were doughy and disgusting. The wait was way too long considering the amount of cars in the drive thru. And why on earth would you start giving food out to the vehicles in the back of the line first? So that way the have to wait until the people in front get their food before they can leave? That makes no sense. We love chick fil a, but the Lake City location does is awful.

There are fine dining establishments that forget to do "table touches" & it makes the world of difference. Customer Service isn't just rectifying problems; sometimes it's predicting or preventing them from occurring. NOTE: Employees were mannerly & proficient. The dining area was impeccable. For being a high-occupancy, fast-food restaurant near a major highway, I expected more bathrooms, but they were very well-kempt.

They always seem like they are miserable and they never smile or are friendly. They just have that “My job sucks” Attitude and look on their face. Other than that, the food is very good.
