  The best thing that could happen to this place is for it to shut down. Its like they don't even try anymore. Cold food, long wait time, horrible customer service.

  We stopped because it was a new McDonald's.it was 4:15 pm on a Sunday. We dined in, not a single table had been wiped. Cold pies/cold food.

  Absolutely horrible waiting 22 mins for a coffee in the drive through with others waiting for drinks or frys you need better staff the manger is very bad at her job just go to the gas station better customer service better prices

  Location: Lake Butler, FL Daily customer spending over $9,000 per year at this location. Despite that, there is a consistent pattern of missed or questioned sauce items, followed by unnecessary pushback at the window as if the request is excessive. This is not a cost control issue. This is a judgment issue. The store is actively choosing to protect a few cents in product cost while creating daily friction for a high frequency customer. That is a clear example of trading meaningful revenue for insignificant savings. Orders are placed through the app exactly as directed. If the system allows items to be selected, there should be no debate at the point of pickup. Repeated inconsistency signals a breakdown in execution, not a misunderstanding by the customer. More concerning is the tone and handling. Presenting routine items as a problem reflects a lack of awareness of customer value and a failure in basic service judgment at the management level. When a customer has to verify every order and justify small items, the operation is no longer reliable. At that point, retention becomes a question, not a guarantee. This is a preventable issue. The fact that it continues indicates it is not being taken seriously.

  Ordered ahead and waited for almost an hour for my food. When I got my food, everything was cold and stale. They forgot my drink and when I went inside it took at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me standing there.
