  Fries was cold sat in line for 20 mins thought it was fast food not slow food they need to get there store strait this place sucks this place is terrible

  I ordered from the app. I ordered a quarter pounder meal. I got to the first window and the first cashier confirmed my order I said yes. Mind you they also ask you to confirm your order on the ordering screen before you even make it to the window. So at that point my order had been confirmed twice. I pull up to the second window and she’s basically tossing my bag at me through the window and apologizing that they’re out of ice yet again. I’m not mad At workers dealing with circumstances outside of their control, but I want to know how you confirm an order two separate times and still get handed the wrong item entirely. The only thing this particular McDonald’s is consistent for is being inconsistent.

  The best thing that could happen to this place is for it to shut down. Its like they don't even try anymore. Cold food, long wait time, horrible customer service.

  Absolutely horrible waiting 22 mins for a coffee in the drive through with others waiting for drinks or frys you need better staff the manger is very bad at her job just go to the gas station better customer service better prices
