  -edit-: JD between 4-5:30 pm was EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating. What started as a later issue from redeeming the voucher that guest relations gave for the experience with josh-- corrected the issue and went so far as to get his backend chef to make a custom order grilled chicken salad with no oil or anything with fat content, then while getting fat free ice cream he was helping another family with allergies and I see this man JD running around helping anyone needing help with accommodation. 10/10 props to JD Disney yall better be paying this man a 100k salary minimum for the help he provides. *********-Josh - at 12:30von may 14th - least professional culinary member we met in our 4 day stay with Disney. We had the dining package and had an episode that landed us in the ER just days before coming to Disney world. Everything eaten must be 0 to low fat content or it throws my wife into a gullbladder attack and gives emense pain. This is our last day here and in EVERY quick service resteraunt EXCEPT woodys lunchbox has been highly accommodating to go so far as to bring out the allergen menu and go through the ingredients of the order with us to help navigate the stress of not being able to eat almost anything at Disney except dole whip and chicken & rice. Josh though, he won't bring out a culinary book, instead he insert himself into the conversation to let us know that the turkey sandwich (that isn't even low-fat thanks, she had a slice of turkey the whole day) can only come with no sauce but anything else MUST come on it. I asked what about the people allergic to other items, he said then we'll take it off and only then when the customer says allergy. We told them dietary restrictions and he didn't give a single shit and made sure to let us know.

  We had fun getting lunch here! Limited menu, but the food was decent. Loved the grilled cheese, but the tomato soup needs some love. We also got the pop tart, which was essentially a stuffed sugar cookie--but honestly, that made it better. Fun place to eat for a quick service meal!

  Absolute worst quick service place in all the parks. Accommodation for families is an absolute joke. Skip this place.

  Utilized the app to order and the next available arrival time was 1.25 hours out which worked out great since it allowed me to ride slinky dog dash before hand! Highly recommend using the app to order ahead of time! The bbq brisket melt was amazing and the staff were super friendly. I love Toy Story land area but atmosphere of woody’s is a bit of a struggle when you want a cool place to sit. I had to stand to eat which wasn’t ideal, but the meal made up for it.
