  Firstly, if you are not staying at the resort, you are required to park in the theme park area, which incurs a fee of $35. Additionally, you must utilize the monorail to reach the location. This arrangement appears somewhat excessive for someone who just want to visit a tiki bar and have some drinks. Secondly, the wait time for a single individual was approximately two hours. The establishment’s management of the flow of patrons in and out of the bar is inadequate. Furthermore, children are permitted to occupy seats in a bar where all patrons must be of legal drinking age (especially when seating is so limited). Lastly, the drink menu lacks variety and inspiration. Consequently, there is no compelling reason to revisit this establishment in the future.

  Signed up for a Spot was quoted 35 minutes after 65 minutes never heard back never texted to inform us anything Terrible customer service don’t waste your time find something and someplace better to spend your money Unacceptable Disney unacceptable

  We travelled all the way from Australia and had been looking forward to visiting this bar for over 12 months, unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. We had booked a table for four for our family and were initially told the wait would be around one hour. We ended up waiting an hour and a half. When we were finally seated, we were then told that other people would be joining our party. We explained that we had specifically booked the table for just our family of four. We were then told that they needed to accommodate another party and therefore could not give us the table we had booked. Unfortunately, the long wait, lack of clear communication and the way our reservation was handled took away from what should have been a special part of our trip.

  First visit to Disney-world and was excited to book a seat here but it was such a let down. I came solo and my servers Chantil and Dizz spent most time petty arguing. Although Chantil made a valid point that Dizz had not even introduced himself or even ask me my name. Dizzy was more eager to talk to one of his regulars who was nice and I spoke with a while and Chantil was nowhere to be seen. Ogas Cantina is far, far superior in customer service, engagement and story-telling.
