  Absolutely horrendous experience at the top of the world lounge. Member services made us a reservation on the premise that we ‘would be able to sit, order dessert, some appetizers and drinks’ to get there an hour before fireworks and be told ‘oh no your reservation is just to stand here, if you want to order a drink you need to get in this line and it’s to go only’. Excuse me? What an absolute waste of our time! The only night out of our 4 night honeymoon at GFV that happily ever after was on (don’t get me started on the Halloween party greed) and they completely spoilt it by selling us a dream only to let us down. The manager couldn’t care less, nothing was offered to try and help us. We were simply told ‘you can give feedback to the reservations team if you wish’. It’s becoming so clear that all Disney cares about now is cold hard cash. The guest experience has gone down the drain.

  We were there yesterday for our 30th anniversary. The location is spectacular. The staff really need to regain focus on the guest’s experience and guest service. We had one drink and left due to the staff.

  Great place to view the fireworks. Disappointed that you can now only get food if you reserve the fireworks party. Really enjoyed the food with fireworks in the past. The bartender on the deck was great and friendly but it would have been nice to know you need to bring your own food if you don't do the party.

  A fabulous and magical lounge to enjoy delicious cocktails, light bites and views of Magic Kingdom! I have taken my family and friends here and every experience has been a delight! Definitely a must do as a DVC member! I've done a walk in with friends and most recently, reserved a table for Wicked Wind Down with my Husband, son and daughter in law and it was fantastic! The food was great, drinks phenomenal and the private, roped off viewing of the fireworks was worth the pricetag!

  This is a very special place for DVC members. The views are simply breathtaking. Great whether just enjoying a drink or for fireworks.
