  The lemonade frozen treat was delicious and exactly what I needed on a hot day. The attitude, however, was not. From the second we walked up the staff looked like they had never been more burdened to serve us. All we ordered was the lemonade and a water and you would’ve thought we killed their dog with the look on their face. Not to mention when we very politely asked if they had a military discount we were met with an eye roll and a short “no.”. Not “no, sorry” not “unfortunately we do not.” Just a “no.” As Disney annual pass holders we have never dealt with such horrible attitudes for no reason and we will absolutely not be renewing this coming year. Disney brings in so much profit the least they can do is hire people who actually want to work there. Or better yet, fire the ones who show they don’t want to be there.

  we’re annual pass holders, and cassie is the best bartender i have experienced at disney and could’ve have ever dreamed of. will come back just to see her!!! 10/10!

  Great drinks! Best staff ever. Really active and helpful manager (red hair guy) keeping things moving. I know it's Disney but blown away.

  The bartender, Kiwi, was great. Very helpful with explanations and modifications to not only my order, but those before and after. The margarita was a nice blend of sweet and spicy with the combo, salt/Tajin rim really setting it apart.
