  The service is phenomenal but the food is lack-luster. My mom and I had the vegan options and the desserts were too sweet and tasted mostly the same; tasted like straight sugar and was sickening. The tea and tea options were excellent, but not worth the high price tag. Overall very pleasant and a nice one and done experience!

  Leaving a two star review to warn others that wait times can be well behind the reservation time -- we weren't sat for close to an hour after our reservation. It's difficult to provide a relaxing afternoon tea experience (for those already sitting and for those waiting) when this is the case.

  Poor service. Maybe the waitress was stretched thin between 4 tables, but she seemed annoyed to bring us water or to bring cream for the tea when she had initially offered to and forgot. We paid a hefty amount for children who did not eat anything nor have tea, and she was annoyed to have to bring them apple juice. Not welcoming, not true tea service, not up to par with the Disney Grand Floridian brand. I guess they do not care since service charge is built into the bill. Try a different tea time (we liked Cake Bake) and you will see the difference.

  Fun but wouldn’t do again - pricey for the amount of food you receive, the focus is definitely on the visuals and plating not the flavors. Plus a lot of the natural dyes they use aren’t pregnancy safe so something to keep in mind if you’re expecting. Our waitress was lovely and we were super excited it was finally open! Glad to experience, and glad for a cheeseburger at Gasparillas afterwards
