  I never write reviews but this truly warranted one. “Eww” sums it up for us. The 2 stars are for our server Elle who was lovely and the visual aspect of the food which was fun to look at. We enjoyed none of it, not even the desserts which I feel like for Disney is a very hard thing to screw up. Now to be fair, I understand the offerings are very traditional and probably delight some guests but we just couldn’t stomach them. Substitutions/swaps for other items would go a long way especially for the price of the experience. I filled up on the cheese plate we added on, scone, and tea which were all nice. Sadly, definitely wouldn’t do this again without adjustments to the menu.

  Food was mid. So was the service. Scones crumbled so badly you couldn’t put any butter on them. We ordered the cheese plate which tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for a week. I guess I was expecting more of a tapas style cheese plate. The rice base for the salmon tart was inedible it was so hard and dense. Terribly made. So. Much. Food coloring. Server cleared a table of six, including wiping down the table, then turned right back around to serve us our food. He needed to wash his hands after that. It was honestly rather disgusting. I’ve seen better hand washing procedures from a sandwich artist at Subway. I won’t be coming back any time soon.

  The restaurant is pretty, as well as the place settings. The tea was excellent. The service was fine. The food was not good. The desserts were so sweet that they jist weren't good. Far too expensive for such bad food.

  Worst Disney and tea experience ever. Food barely eatable. Lots of whipped cream and icing.Only about 5 tea selections. Extremely noisy. Victorian elegance of the past incarnation gone. From Royal Albert China to midcentury modern crap. We've been going to afternoon tea for over 50 years, can't remember anything as bad. Outrageously overpriced for what you get. This isn't afternoon tea, it's "TOURIST TEA". Waitress was wonderful.

  The Grand Floridian Tea Experience at the Garden View Lounge is truly a magical Disney experience! From the elegant setting and beautiful atmosphere to the delicious tea, sandwiches, and sweet treats, everything felt special and wonderfully refined. The service was excellent, and the entire experience was relaxing, elegant, and full of those little details that make a visit to Disney so memorable. It’s the perfect way to slow down and enjoy a touch of luxury while surrounded by the beautiful Victorian charm of the Grand Floridian. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a unique and memorable experience, I highly recommend the Grand Floridian Tea Experience. Five stars all the way!
