Victoria and Albert's is a bit of enigma in that it stays from the stereotypical extreme showmanship (spritzes of lavender, smoke, synchronized plating, etc) of many Michelin restaurants and instead focuses on unique platings and consistently impressive flavor combinations that span familiar and unfamiliar territory. This is wrapped up in a sophisticated venue which feels more like a private club or an intimate wedding than a fine dining experience. Will absolutely visit again.

We had a fantastic experience here. The dining room is beautiful, clean and elegant. The woman playing music was so talented and subtle. Our waiter and som for were both friendly and knowledgeable. We also spoke to the GM Israel and he was so pleasant and friendly too. The dinner was long but it’s part of the experience. The food was delicious and I’m often picky when it comes to Michelin offerings (usually only like a dish here and there) but these are really tasty. 9/10 all the Disney restaurants are pretty terrible, and I’ve been to almost all of the big ones within and around Disney but this spot isn’t one of them. We will definitely return when we’re back at GF in late November. Excited to try the winter meal selection.

Price: $700 including tax and service charge
Cliche, but truly a "magical" experience. If I could award 6 stars for service, I would!
I arrived a few minutes early, and staff allowed me into the kitchen, where I got to talk to the team. Wait staff were exceptional, professional but willing to ease up and have fun, with Israel in particular being a stand-out part of the night, and making sure during lulls I, as a solo diner, had some company to talk about the food and wine with. He created the pairings for service himself!
The live harp player was a great addition, playing both modern non-Disney classics, as well as anything at a diners request. The whole experience lasted around 3 hours and change.
One of the most expensive meals in Orlando, but if your looking for somewhere that truly delivers an experience beyond just the food, this is the place to go.

Meh. Stuffy and pretentious.
I had a martini with cilantro and possibly salt in it I could barely sip it.
The drink they served at the beginning to everyone was a passion fruit juice mixed with something and “jives” the main guy (made the name up) talked at length about it. Dunno. Tasted like fruit juice to me.
The actual courses were good but not sure it was really worth $300+ per person? Just goes to show at the end of the day Disney was never about equality or brotherly love. Its a business. The service is just weird. They whisper and fold your napkin if you get up to go to the restroom. So so strange.
