- CDCaroline DJul 3, 20265.0I have celiac disease. The signs don’t post any allergen info but the staff has a binder with all information and the chef was extremely knowledgeable. I ordered the loaded fries with a garlic cream, lettuce, and bacon. It comes with pico de gallo but I opted out. The portions was large and it was all made fresh!

We ordered the Canadian Poutine, which comes loaded with thick-cut fries, rich gravy, and white cheddar cheese curds. Yes, please! As a former Wisconsinite, anything involving cheese is already a win in my book. The portion size was satisfying, the value was reasonable for Disney Springs, and it hit the spot perfectly. We grabbed one of the outdoor tables, relaxed for a bit, and enjoyed some excellent people-watching while digging into our poutine.
