  全体的に良かったと思います ですがイーヨーが少し塩対応でした プーさんと写真を撮りたいなら席を立って会いに行かなければいけないので帰り際の際をお勧めします　　プーさん、ピグレット、イーヨー、ティガーがいました 3人で来ましたが1人当たり8600円(約55$)でした ほとんど日本と同じです

  Extremely disappointing experience at The Crystal Palace. Jackie and Valerie, who were working as supervisors, were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. We came to The Crystal Palace expecting the full Disney character dining experience, and we did not get to see the characters. When we brought this to their attention, they showed little to no concern and made no real effort to help fix the situation. What made it worse was watching both supervisors spend much of the night standing around talking to each other instead of assisting guests. Their attitude made it feel like our concerns were an inconvenience to them. There was no sense of urgency, no empathy, and no attempt to provide the type of customer service you would expect from Disney. For supervisors, Jackie and Valerie should be setting the standard for the rest of the staff. Based on our experience, they did the exact opposite. They were not customer-service friendly, did not seem to care that our family missed one of the main reasons we booked the restaurant, and made an already disappointing situation even worse. This was not the Disney experience we paid for and certainly not the level of service we expected. Disney should seriously look into how guest concerns are being handled by management at this location.

  This was our 7th visit to Crystal Palace, and sadly it will be our last. We last visited in September 2023 and the difference was very noticeable. Previously the service felt warm, personal and genuinely Disney. On one visit the characters and cast members even joined together to sing Happy Birthday, which is exactly the sort of memory that kept us coming back. This time everything felt rushed and much more transactional. The service was far less personal, and several cast members unfortunately looked as though they would rather be somewhere else. What made this particularly disappointing was that the restaurant wasn't especially busy. Our bill for nine guests was $667, and at that price you're paying for much more than buffet food. You're paying for the Disney experience. The food was fine, but the service and atmosphere simply didn't justify the cost this time. After six previous visits that gave us some lovely family memories, it's genuinely disappointing to say we won't be returning.

  It was the most expensive of all the dinners we ate while at Disney world. Food was not that great, it was chaotic and the gentlemen who was with Winnie the poo had an attitude and kept looking at his watch every time someone came up to meet and greet. Definitely don’t recommend this restaurant. This was our first trip to Disney. Everything else we did and tried was great. Just don’t recommend this restaurant at all.

  We made reservations here after a long day in the park. I’m glad we made reservations, it was busy. We were celebrating a birthday and they asked if we were celebrating something special and we did let them know. However, they did not do anything different for the meal. Not that it was expected, but I just wasn’t sure why they asked if they weren’t going to do anything. Meeting the characters was fun. I am gluten sensitive so I try to avoid any food with gluten I was able to successfully do so. Although strangely enough, I was not asked at the beginning of the meal if there were any allergies. It was just my husband and I so I think we would be more fun having children along.
