  To start, if you are a family of any size with younger children and looking for a place with Disney magic then look no further. This is where you need to go. If you are an older couple or even a single person then this is probably not the place for you. The employees were fantastic, full of energy, considerate and eager to help. The characters were amazing to watch as they took great time with families and children. Nothing but respect for the character cast members. The environment was clean, with great design by the Disney imagineers, but very chaotic. The noise levels (loud echo) made it difficult to speak across the table to family members and walkways were narrow and not always easy to navigate. The food was something of a let down for me. We went there for a good meal and Disney experience but I do not feel that the food was worth the money.

  If you love absolute chaos, then this is the place for you! The food was just okay, the churro waffles made up for where the rest of the food lacked. We enjoyed meeting the Pooh characters, we did wait forever for Eeyore to make it to our table. Definitely a one and done experience for our family!

  -una bonita experiencia para los grandes y para los pequeños, en este caso mi esposa y mi hijo la pasamos muy bien, el ambiente, la atención de las diferentes personas que cumplen los diferentes roles todo muy bien y la comida muy buenas opciones. Recomendado para ir en familia y pasarla bien tomar fotos con Winnie the Pooh, Tiger etc.

  The Crystal Palace at Disney World was such a beautiful experience! The atmosphere was bright, fun, and perfect for the kids. The buffet had a great variety of food, so everyone in our family was able to find something they enjoyed. The character interactions were definitely one of the highlights—the kids were so excited to see the characters and take pictures with them. 🥰✨ The staff was friendly and attentive, and the whole experience felt like a true Disney memory. Between the food, the characters, and the atmosphere, I would definitely recommend The Crystal Palace to families visiting Magic Kingdom. It’s more than just a meal—it’s an experience the kids will remember! ❤️🏰✨

  For $60 I expected a better experience. The food is not good at all and there's not much at the buffet and our server was a bit rude. The cast member who went around with the characters was so nice and had a few tricks up his sleeve to assist with the children being scared of the characters. He was such a pleasure! But I would find someplace else to eat at if you want better food. However, if you're wanting to see the characters and interact with them, then this might be an experience you'll want to take advantage of.
