We were so excited to try this new to us place on our recent trip to WDW. We ended up being less than thrilled with the experience. The food was good, but so few options, and the drinks were pricey for what you got. But those things could be over looked. We were extremely disappointed with our seating arrangement. We didn't know ahead of time that you might be placed at a table with no chairs or stools. We were seated in a side room at a long table and had to stand. After walking around at a theme park all day and looking forward to a short rest, we were none to happy that we were assigned a table with no seats. We had no idea ahead of time that this would be a possibility, and we did research on the restaurant ahead of time. The room we were in was also off to the side and we missed out on the shenanigans going on in the main room. It was a very un-Disney like experience. Our server was fun and friendly, but that couldn't make up for our poor seating location. We have no issue getting seated with another party, but if we're going to spend money on food and beverages, we'd like to be able to sit down while we enjoy the food. Come on Disney, for the prices people pay to vacation at your resort, do better on this one.

Everyone is bound to find something to wet their whistle here. The food is slim pickings, and is… eh. I had the Island Provisions (chips and dips) and they were alright for a snack. I come for the atmosphere, anyways! I also bought the pirate skull keepsake mug (you get a drink with it- “Plunderer’s Punch”) I recommend making a reservation in the Disney app days in advance if you have a large party! Or a day in advance for 2-3 people. It was only me this day; I made a reservation at 3pm for 6pm and had no issues!

Drinks are mediocre at best staff is rude and makes you feel like an inconvenience the entire time. Our waitress didnt bother to remember who got what just started tossing drinks on the table expecting us to grab them. They rush everyone talks about is no joke i get the 45 min but your time starts when you sit even if they take 10 min to even talk to you then drinks are another 15 later. Atmosphere is loud and you would have a better theme getting drinks in the pirates ride line. Complete waste would definitely recommend skipping this.

We were able to get a reservation for 4pm. We were seated at a table in the hallway to the right of the main room. 45 minutes was the maximum that a guest is allowed to stay. We couldn't wait to get out. Drinks were over priced and food was disappointing. Every server we heard recommended the most expensive item on the menu which was Plunderer's Punch for $46. I had the Hibiscus Rum Punch Royale for $19 and it was disappointing. The food was side dish portions at entree prices. Wife and son don't drink and only options were an $8 milk with cookie crumbles and and a drink called Treasure Trove for $14. Ridiculous. There was no entertainment that we were able to see. There was a huge stained glass window that was between the main room and the hallway and it blocked our view. Tables around us had to stand up and walk to the main room just to see anything. Experience put a damper on an otherwise magical day. Don't waste your time and money.
