First time at this newly named Italian restaurant at Disney Springs. It took us awhile to give it a try because the last place located there wasn’t good. This place is a little better but not amazing like we were hoping. The food was just ok. We wish had a better taste. It was hot, service was amazing, and it’s really nice inside. I had the chicken parm. They give you plenty to eat for sure. They have focaccia bread service which is nice. Our service really took care of us. No problem with that. The food did look amazing though. It just needed something, just can’t put my finger on it. Try them out, you will enjoy yourself.

We arrived without a reservation and were seated immediately on the patio at Terralina Crafted Italian. The outdoor seating offered a pleasant view of the water and across to Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, and the open-air setup gave us a nice, comfortable breeze. Our server, Aaron, greeted us within a couple of minutes, brought water, and promptly returned with a lidded cup for our son without us needing to ask twice. We placed our dinner orders right away since we were ready to go. The focaccia arrived about five minutes after ordering. While it wasn’t served warm or freshly baked, it still had a light, airy structure with a soft, springy crumb when pressed. The olive oil and salt were already set on the table. However, both the bread and dipping oil leaned a bit muted in flavor, and I found myself needing to add extra salt to bring it to life. My wife ordered the rigatoni bolognese, which was the standout dish of the table. The sauce had a well-balanced consistency—neither dry nor overly heavy—and delivered a deep, slow-cooked richness. The flavor of the aromatic base vegetables came through clearly and elevated the tomato sauce rather than being overshadowed by it. It paired perfectly with the rigatoni. I ordered the Parmesan Duo, featuring chicken and eggplant Parmesan with spaghetti pomodoro. The spaghetti was nicely coated in a bright, slightly acidic tomato sauce that tasted fresh and clean. The eggplant Parmesan, however, came across a bit soft and lacked crispness in the breading, though the herb seasoning itself was well done. The cut of the eggplant also made it awkward to eat, with a tougher skin that required more effort than expected. The chicken Parmesan was a step up texturally—still slightly soft in the breading, but less so than the eggplant. Overall, the dish was serviceable, but not one I’d order again. The bolognese clearly outshined everything else on the table. My son’s kids cheese pizza was exactly what you’d expect: straightforward, simple, and kid-approved. The crust was slightly floppy on the bottom, but not soggy, and the sauce and cheese stayed balanced without soaking through. It did its job well for a kids’ meal. Overall, the experience was solid but unremarkable. Service was attentive and efficient without feeling overbearing or particularly elevated. Food arrived in a timely manner and the pacing of the meal was smooth. The atmosphere on the patio was a highlight, especially given the setting within Disney Springs. If I had to summarize it, the experience sits in that “fine but not memorable” category. It’s comparable to an Olive Garden-level experience, but at a higher price point due to location. The rigatoni bolognese alone is worth noting, but overall I wouldn’t make a special effort to return.

We got there pretty late around 10pm and was told the kitchen is back logged trying to catch up so there’s a little wait. We ordered the appetizer that had sour dough toast with burrata cheese and pistachio jelly, really good, if only the bread was more fresh it could have been amazing, we could not cut it with a steak knife. The pizza with burrata was ok, but the chicken Parmesan with spaghetti was not good. It looks amazing withe cheese but there was no flavor, justa very light tomato taste and that was it. Had you salt and pepper it up, did not finish it at all. Finished the pizza instead.

We recently dined at Terralina Crafted Italian and had a mixed experience overall. The restaurant itself is clean and well-kept, and the atmosphere feels inviting. We had a reservation and were seated right on time, which was a great start. Our waitress was one of the highlights of the visit—friendly, engaging, and had a good sense of humor, which made the experience more enjoyable. We started with the meatball appetizer, which was actually very good. Just a heads-up for anyone with allergies: the breadcrumbs do contain soy. For our main course, all three of us ordered the lasagna and added meat sauce. The biggest issue came here—the food arrived in about seven minutes, which felt unusually fast and gave the impression that it was pre-made and reheated rather than freshly prepared. The lasagna itself was decent, but nothing memorable. Another downside was the bread service. The bread was not good, and the oil served with it had an off flavor that didn’t complement it at all. One thing you should know is the pasta here is not made in-house, which may explain some of the lack of freshness in the dishes only the sauce.

I’m so sad I have no photos of this amazing experience! This is the 3rd time I have been here and it has been incredible every single time - but this time the service truly went above and beyond. I will say we waited a very long time for our table - but the manager was all over when I went up and asked about it. She was true to her word in our wait being less than 5 minutes. The cocktails were delightful!! We got Mediterranean martinis, espresso martinis, and sangria. The complimentary focaccia bread is perfection with olive oil. For apps we had bruschetta and calamari. I am from Rhode Island, known for the calamari, and this was one of the best I’ve had. For dishes we had the mushroom truffle risotto, shrimp scampi, grilled salmon, grilled chicken, and chicken parm. No complaints - everyone enjoyed their meal and raved about the flavor. The service - Bri was our server. She was very patient with our party of 9 including a toddler. We had a spill at the table (not by the toddler but by an adult) and her and the manager we’re immediately attentive to us despite us trying to clean it up. They were there with smiles and happy to help. At the end of the dinner, my nose started bleeding everywhere. I rushed to the bathroom as it started coming out of both nostrils and one of the restaurant employees, Robin, came to help as it was gushing blood and I couldn’t switch out covering it without getting blood everywhere. Our server brought my friend/boss tampons to place in my nose and had apparently sent Robin to help me. Robin brought me alcohol wipes and multiple gauze pads and checked on me multiple times. It was also shared with me later that Bri had boxed up my food for me after leaving me a box to put my leftovers in before the nosebleed. They really went the extra mile in more ways than one for excellent service and provided us with an outstanding meal. If you’re going to eat anywhere in Disney Springs, eat here. It’s on the higher end of the budget, but it’s Disney, so might as well spend the money and get what you pay for and more with quality food, drinks, and top notch service!
