It wasn’t our first time in Disney, but was our first time visiting T-REX, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! Such a cool and interactive environment, perfect for kids (and adults who are still a kid at heart!) Rebecca was amazing from start to finish, including menu recommendations, knowledge about what was and wasn’t included in the kid’s meal voucher we were given from our hotel, and making sure every aspect of our meals were perfect. Food quality was above and beyond what I would have expected for a theme restaurant like this. The kids meal was an ideal portion size and my rotisserie chicken was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. 10/10 highly recommend and we will absolutely be returning on future Orlando trips!

After reading reviews I have to think they are not real. The praise received for this place makes it sound like it's a Michelin star restaurant. It's basically an Applebee's in Springs. Cool place for kids to look at but the noise level is ridiculous. Cannot hear server or people at your table. Portion sizes are decent and food is acceptable. Frustrating that there prices not on everything on menus and the shoving the souvenir cups down your throat with purchase is too much. This is tourist trap restaurant at its best. Do your research you can eat at so many better places at Springs for near same price. The automated response to tell me to fill out the Landry's service is not needed I did it. I am just here to warn people.

Warning: Avoid T-Rex Cafe at Disney Springs at All Costs! Please read this review and all the reviews and think before going. I went today, August 15, 2026, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. If Gordon Ramsay ever walked into this place, the whole restaurant will close down on the spot. They put zero care into quality and charge an absolute fortune for it—if you eat here, you should pray for your belly and wallet. The Service & Wait Times Inattentive and Robotic Staff: The waiter acted completely devoid of emotion, speaking like a glitchy robot with zero warmth or nothing, like it did not feel welcoming, it felt weird and like fake. Missing Order Details: When we ordered the T-bone steak at 10:30, we specifically requested just the steak and potatoes without any sauce or vegetables, and the waiter never even asked how we wanted the steak cooked. Abysmal Kitchen Delays: The food didn’t arrive until 11:20—nearly an hour later—and when it finally showed up, it had the things I did not want. Insane Crowds & Noise: Also it was very busy, idk why people go there, and it was very loud. The Food Disaster Raw, Bloody Meat: The steak was bloody, you can look at image all the steak was like that. When we complained, the waiter claimed it will take 30 minimum for another steak. Yet, miraculously, they brought a new steak like 30 second and they brought a new steak idk how they did it maybe the chef was a wezard it took it from other customer. Unsafe Preparation: The second steak was how I wanted but some parts were still having red and near the bone it was fully red you can see the image. Severe Stomach Distress: Worst of all, my belly was hurting badly after and in the bathroom I think I lost a few pounds. It ruined my night and still my belly hurts at 1:01. This comment is fully true and I’m not lying to make the restaurant look bad, they put quantity over quality, and wow idk how can you mess so badly. The Photo Scam: To top off the terrible experience, they told us the photos were free and then they gave one tiny free photo and they told us the other we have to pay like holly scam like ai pictures like you can create your self for free. Save your money, save your digestion, and skip this place completely!

This was my 1st Disney trip and I absolutely love dinosaurs so the restaurant itself was already no question but stepping inside you aren’t prepared for the amazing atmosphere and immersive experience. Our server Ashley R was phenomenal! She helped us make some choices with recommendations on the menu with both guests favorites and her favorites to give us all options to consider. She made my first trip here unforgettable as well as helping to make my father in laws birthday extra special with a cool smoky lava cake as well as some cute accessories for our beverages, the acts may have been small but they made a huge impact on our night and experience and would 100% recommend the restaurant and if you’re lucky enough maybe you’ll have Ashley R as your server to take your dinner experience to a whole new level

We had an amazing time at T-Rex Cafe! It was such a fun, immersive experience that my kids will never forget. The atmosphere, dinosaurs, and interactive experience made it the perfect way to spend our last night before heading home. I did have one issue with my steak being undercooked, but the staff resolved it immediately and made everything right. I really appreciated how quickly they handled it, and I made sure it didn’t affect Leslie’s tip because she provided outstanding service from beginning to end. Leslie went above and beyond to make sure my entire family left with souvenirs since we were visiting from out of town. We all went home with souvenir cups, and my daughter absolutely loves her dinosaur cup! When my boyfriend accidentally broke his glass souvenir cup, Leslie replaced it without hesitation, which meant a lot. The birthday celebration was such a special touch and the perfect way to end our vacation. Thank you, Leslie, and the entire T-Rex Cafe team for making our family’s visit so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!
