Came in today with my parents who came from South Carolina.
I had made reservations three weeks in advance only to get highly disappointed. The atmosphere was awesome and the meal was good. however my server Hannah was not! We waited several minutes before we were acknowledged and served at our table by her. In addition I had ordered a salad with my meal which I requested to come out first. Unfortunately only my main meal came. When I asked where is my salad Hannah's reply was oh you didn't get it? Well had you checked on my table during the several minutes between the order being placed and the main dish coming out she would have known that. More often than none a person will usually try a resturant again if the food choice they picked was not good. However poor service is unforgettable! I will not return to this restaurant!

We had an outstanding experience at T-Rex in Disney Springs, and a huge part of that was our server, Nikoll.
Our party consisted of 15 adults and 3 children, which is no small task, yet Nikoll handled our table with exceptional professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Every drink arrived promptly, every meal was delivered correctly, and she consistently checked on our group without ever making anyone feel overlooked.
What impressed us most was her ability to provide personalized attention to every guest despite the size of our party. No one felt forgotten, delayed, or left waiting for service. Nikoll maintained a positive attitude, stayed organized, and ensured our dining experience was smooth from start to finish.
We have spent the last five days visiting restaurants throughout Orlando, and Nikoll’s service was by far the best we experienced. Her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine care for her guests set a standard that others should strive to achieve.
Thank you, Nikoll, for making our visit to T-Rex so memorable. You turned a great meal into an exceptional dining experience.

We enjoyed the atmosphere of the T-Rex cafe for our sons 5th birthday! Very cool place, the food was decent. Not the best meal we have ever had but good. The menu isn’t super diverse and most main courses are 25$ and up. Members of our party had the ribs, nachos, fish and chips and burger. The nachos were a very large serving and very good (this is an appetizer but was eaten as a meal). The burger was a little salty for the recipients liking. Fish and chips was a large full-filet fried and was delicious! The ribs were tender but flavored mostly by the sauce. All in all good experience but your bill reflects the atmosphere not so much the food itself! As fr as the atmosphere goes there are different rooms such as the ice cave and underwater/aquatic side and then an area that’s like a volcano with a meteor showers every 15 mins- that was our favorite part!!! The calling has a projection screen and the lightening changes- very imersive!

I took my son to Tree Cafe for his birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
We waited about an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. What made the situation even more frustrating was that a party seated next to us, who arrived after we did, was served before us.
By the time we got our food, it was late, my kids were tired, and the restaurant was getting ready to close. The overall service and experience did not meet our expectations, especially for a special occasion like my son’s birthday.
The next day, I called and spoke with a manager about what happened. He told me that the general manager would follow up with us because he was unable to resolve the issue himself. It has now been almost a week, and we still have not received a call.
Between the long wait, cold food, poor service, and lack of follow-up, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on our experience. This is why I’m giving it 1 star. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

We had a very disappointing dining experience. After being seated, we waited over an hour for our food to arrive. When it finally came, my wife's meal was extremely salty and nearly inedible.
We brought the issue to our server, Juan, who was understanding and offered to have the meal remade or something else. However, my wife is pregnant, was already very hungry after the long wait, and did not want to risk waiting another hour for a replacement. As a result, she ate a small portion of the meal despite the poor quality.
Juan then brought over a manager named Salvatore. We explained the situation and our concerns, but when we asked what could be done, he simply told us there was nothing they could do because my wife had eaten some of the food and declined the replacement. We tried to explain that she only ate part of it because she was hungry and felt she had no reasonable alternative after already waiting so long. Unfortunately, Salvatore handled the complaint unprofessionally, showed little empathy for the situation, and even argued with me when I attempted to explain our perspective, which only made the matter worse.
Because we felt our concerns were not being addressed, we asked Juan if another manager could speak with us. A second manager, Jon, came over. Jon was reasonable, sincere, and showed genuine empathy for our experience. We discussed a fair resolution and initially agreed to meet halfway on the cost of the meal. However, when Jon returned with the updated bill, he had decided to remove the meal entirely and provide it on the house, which we greatly appreciated.
What was most frustrating was the inconsistency between the two managers. I don't understand why one manager was not capable of helping while another was able to resolve the issue professionally and compassionately. Management should be on the same page and deliver excellent customer service consistently.
The service from Juan was appreciated, and Jon's handling of the situation helped improve an otherwise disappointing experience. However, the initial response from Salvatore left us feeling unheard and undervalued, and the inconsistency in management was concerning. We will think twice before returning.
