  September 13th about 7:40-7:50 pm , my family visited on our way out for dole whip. My brother ordered and they first skipped over me and took another customers order before mine but I didn’t say anything. Taking my order was fine. My brother got his 3 and was waited at the corner of pick up window and spoons. A few steps back to not block the way for other customers. After several customers received their orders after me I went up to ask about mine and they didn’t even acknowledge me. My mom came up and told the workers we were just checking on my order and she said they were waiting because they didn’t know what my order was, then changed it to “we called your name 10 times and you never came.” I told her we were standing there the entire time and 4 other adults with us all said they didn’t hear them either. She said she’d remake it for me. When she handed it out she said “and next time, when we call your name make sure you’re here. Got it? Got it.” My mom then said “got it.” From the same location we’d been standing in the entire time. I also order the peach raspberry Sunday on the sign and it didn’t have the toppings, only ice cream. I didn’t even say anything at this point I just walked away because I was trying to not be unkind back. This was the most rude encounter I’ve ever had with any public service worker, let alone at Disney. Highly disappointed. I would report to Disney but I have little kids and cannot go back to guest services.

  My husband got the seasonal peach reasoners sundae and I got the regular raspberry dole whip. We loved both
