  Our table had remnants of our dinner all over it after dishes were cleared and before dessert was brought. They didn't clean it off. Also watched them wipe down a neighboring table after diners left by using THEIR napkins and no sanitizing spray. Yuck.

  Service was wonderful. The food over the top delicious! Some of our party don't eats meat and most of us are plant based and they accommodated us. Staff was so friendly. The meats were incredible. The salad with the key lime dressing was crazy good. I loved there weren't Disney characters running around. We could sit, talk, and enjoy ourselves. Probably my favorite restaurant after Boma!

  Sebastian's delivered a delicious and satisfying meal with something for everyone on the plate. The grilled chicken was juicy and flavorful, the steak was cooked beautifully with a nice char, and the pulled pork was tender and packed with smoky goodness. The fish was flaky and perfectly seasoned, and the fresh mango salsa added a bright, refreshing touch. The variety of sauces let us mix and match flavors, and the warm bread on the side was perfect for soaking up every last bite. The tropical drink was refreshing and complemented the meal perfectly. The bred pudding dessert was a great finish to this meal. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a leisurely lunch or dinner. If you're looking for fresh flavors, generous portions, and a taste of the islands, Sebastian's is definitely worth a visit. We'll absolutely be back! 🌴🍽️🍹

  I have NEVER had a dining experience as poor as the one I had here. We went to celebrate my partner’s birthday, a week before the reservation, I called the Disney dining number to inquire about adding a celebration cake to the meal. I was told this would be possible to do with the host stand once we checked in. Upon arrival, I asked the hostess about adding the cake, to which she replied she had no idea what I was talking about. It was later explained to me that whoever I had spoken to on the Disney dining line had lied, that they had no celebration cakes on hand. This I understand, while it’s unfortunate that I was lied to, and it did severely hurt our plans, if it had been handled properly I would have been okay. Unfortunately, the hostess, manager and staff handled this so poorly I was left Walmart delivering a cake to our room. I was told by the hostess that I “should have brought my own cupcake” when I asked if there was anything at all they could do for birthdays, she then followed this up by saying “birthdays are important, I have a big one coming up.” I was left completely dumbfounded by the severe lack of care, and then by the mention of her own birthday, as if I was meant to care after she so rudely told my party we should have brought our own cake. To make matters worse, we were left waiting for a table 40 minutes after our reservation time, when we had checked in 20 minutes early. There was no apology or care for this either. The next day at Epcot, we dined at the restaurant in china. Here, our server Yuyi, surprised my partner with a dessert and card signed by the whole staff. This was completely unexpected, completely unprompted, and blew Sebastian’s out of the water in terms of quality of service. If you’re looking for any sort of magical dining, I would strongly urge you to dine anywhere other than Sebastian’s. The cast members were the worst we encountered on our trip.

  Here's a cleaner version: --- This has quickly become our favorite table service restaurant at Disney World. The experience reminds us of O'Hana at its best — minus the shrimp, unfortunately. Nearly everything was delicious. The steak isn't fine dining quality, but it's well-seasoned and cooked perfectly. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The pulled pork was just okay, though the BBQ sauce more than redeemed it. The fish was a bit bland on its own, but the seasoning on top saved it. The rolls and salad were excellent. And then there's dessert — the coconut pineapple bread pudding is the real star. It's even more pineapple-forward than O'Hana's version, and it's served with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. Absolutely amazing. We'll be coming back every trip.
