  Get a resevation early, but on busy days be prepared to wait regardless. I waited 30 mins despite having a reservation. It's pretty dark, hard to read the menu or see your food. The videos are a bit boring and repetitive, mostly trailers of old films and ads for concessions. Immersive, but not entertaining.

  The food is really poor. Impossible burger not fully cooked, mediocre fries, and meh service. The worst was the nachos: a lump of Impossible meat, a few black beans and probably a tablespoon of pico. No flavor at all.

  Food was very good, However Joe my server was the absolute worst. From the start of my experience he was very rude and after I opted out of meal plan and the other two family’s in our car opted in he became extremely angry and rude towards my table he seemed pleasant with them. Food and Atmosphere were very nice but our server Joe ruined the entire experience and honestly ruined my day at Disney after we were done at the restaurant. While he was checking in with the other tables often he failed to check in with my table more than twice the whole time. I would recommend this restaurant for the food but if you sit down with Joe as your server I highly recommend that you get up and leave. Other reviews I have seen also had an issue with him, I’m not aware if they get a bonus or something if a table opts into a meal plan but he was the absolute worst especially after we opted out. #FireJoe.

  We had an amazing experience at the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant at Hollywood Studios! From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’ve stepped back into a classic 1950s drive-in movie. Sitting in the car-style booths while watching vintage sci-fi clips on the big screen is such a fun and unique concept. The atmosphere alone is worth it, but the food and service were great too. Everything was served quickly, and our server was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The burgers, shakes, and comfort-style menu items were exactly what you’d hope for—simple, tasty, and perfect for the setting. This is one of those Disney experiences that’s not just about eating—it’s about the whole vibe. Whether you’re visiting with family or just want something different, this place is a must-do. Highly recommend—definitely a 5-star experience!

  my sister, brother-in-law, and I had the most marvelous time at sci-fi tonight. each of us had a wedge salad along with a different app; the onion rings and wings were crispy and flavorful. Ray from Bay Shore, NY was our car hop. we all had a wonderful experience. Ray hooked me up with the cherry cokes, I had 20+ maraschino cherries 😍. my sister and brother-in-law also enjoyed conversation with Ray. who's walking you through your dining experience can make or break your time, and we're all so glad we had Ray. thanks again Ray!! 🤍
