By far the best experience that me and my wife had between all 4 parks / resorts at our stay at Disney world, our server Wendy was amazing. Made sure we were taken care of and felt welcomed the entire time we were there. It was our last stop before we went home and we had a great time and it was a great way to end our trip

A nice restaurant, definitely overpriced which is expected, but a nice experience! I know some seats suck depending on where you’re sat, but the seats next to the ride are wonderful. Our service was wonderful and they celebrated a birthday well. The food could have been better, but we were happy.

Very unaccommodating. Made me wake my sleeping child to seat us, instead of letting us bring in her stroller. Wouldn't even push back our reservation to accommodate us, told us we'd have to come back and wait in the walk up line. (When they had posted that they weren't even accepting walk ups). Won't be coming back here again.

We got the chips and cheese dip for the appetizer, it was good. I got the Tacos, the tacos were good and my daughter got the chicken strips and she said she liked it. But the service wasn't good. We had to wait close to 15 min for just a drink refill.

We were really excited to dine at San Angel Inn during our family trip to Epcot, but unfortunately, this ended up being one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had at Disney.
From the beginning, the service was very poor. We waited about 20 minutes before our server even came to our table. When he finally did, his attitude made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. As a party of eight—celebrating time together as a family—and with my dad spending a significant amount on this dinner, we expected a much higher level of service.
The experience only went downhill from there. Our food came out cold and was honestly not good at all, which was surprising given Disney’s usual standards. We chose not to complain at the time, hoping things might improve, but our server never returned to check on us. We had planned to order additional drinks, but never even had the chance because we couldn’t find him.
Eventually, we paid our check and left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Our family loves Disney and has been visiting every other year for several years, which made this experience even more upsetting. Unfortunately, based on this visit, we will not be returning to San Angel Inn.
