We enjoyed our time, but found the service to be somewhat slow for a time when it wasn't a full house. The food was good and is served family style. You can ask for more as needed, which wasn't advertised or explained to us, but I had seen that in a previous review, so that was good to know as the initial portions are small. Our favorites on the menu were the brisket, tater tots, beans, and the corn. Also, the cheddar biscuits and sweet pepper jelly they bring out to start are AMAZING. Our kiddos enjoyed the atmosphere and the "Andy's coming" moments. Only reason for a less than perfect experience was that the service wasn't as good as other sit down restaurants we visited. Our server was nice, just not as attentive and it seemed other tables experienced the same.

Nothing Special! Decorated cute but that’s it. No characters. Would not eat there again.Food tasted okay but for what you’re paying, it’s not worth it. You feel like you have to beg for your food. They bring out very small portions for the entire table to share and you’re served biscuits and watermelon first which means that they are trying to fill you up so you don’t eat much. Our server would disappear for long periods, you can’t have more food brought out until they return. For $60 a person they should make sure you get what you want and make sure you’re happy! Disappointing!

I am a huge Toy Story fan so I’ve always wanted to come here, we had a reservation at the last time slot at 9pm and the restaurant was half empty.! Honestly didn’t have much expectation on the food, came mostly for the theme - but the barbecues were actually really good! The server brings everything on the menu on the first order and then you can ask for more if you are still hungry. It’s worth the visit if you are a Toy Story fan and come with an empty stomach!

Not your Midwest BBQ … Cute idea, but if you’re looking for decent BBQ I would suggest somewhere else. Portion size is nice, variety of sides plentiful, meat?… Woof. Sauce isn’t even enjoyable to drown the meat. Service was kind. It seemed the staff was friendly and enjoyed their service to patrons. I would kindly recommend another experience. A comment mentioned at dinner that stood out…. If you can’t smell the beautiful aroma of BBQ in the air before you enter a BBQ joint, might checkout somewhere else. - Husband & Wife (no kids)

I’m super surprised by some of the negative reviews. We went the last week of January 2026, and we had a fabulous experience. We had reservations and it was not a very long wait to get into our table. I felt like the food was actually some of the best I’ve had at any Disney park. Hollywood Studios as a whole is so underrated for food in my opinion. It was some of the best barbecue I’ve had ever. And the fried chicken was superb. I don’t think I’ve ever had such crispy and at the same time, juicy fried chicken in my life. The sides were a little less impressive, but still very good. While I think their adult pricing is pretty appropriate for an all you can eat type of restaurant, I do feel like their children’s pricing is a little on the steep side. Our son is a very picky eater and does not eat very much. So I feel like we did not get our money’s worth for him. That would be my only negative review for it. But I felt like the staff was wonderful. We did not have to wait very long for much of anything. And the atmosphere is absolutely adorable. We will absolutely go back to it again. And I highly recommend it. Do keep in mind that because it’s a sit down/table service restaurant, it does take a nice size chunk out of your day in the park. It’s definitely not quick service.
