We visited Disney for our vacation this year andnas a continuation for our sons birthday who (like most kiddos) happens to be a HUGE Toy Story fan.
I will say without a doubt the atmosphere and ambiance sets the mood and hits the nail on the head. From the second we walked up my little guy was mesmerized.
We also had an absolutely delightful server by the name if Kayla who made sure every want, request, and opportunity was met. My son basically stuffed himself on fruit while the rest of us ate the BBQ.
Now being that we're visiting from TX, please note "I" rated the BBQ a C. My brisket 100% was a reheat/precook as were the ribs and the chicken was a bit dry. However, I didnt come here for grade a BBQ (with no smoke bellows outside)... i came for my son to smile. Which he did
That said, my wife enjoyed the food and RAVED about the elote. I think the beans, mac, and biscuits were the stars of the meal and our niece liked just about every dish.
Either way we had a great time with our family and an absolutely amazing waitress. Ms Kayla, if you happen ti see this... thanks for being so awesome and a so very sweet.

We had a table of 9 (2 children, 7 adults) had a bill of over $500 dollars and this is what we got:
We arrived on time, our table was at 3.20. We were not seated until just after 4pm. Over 40 minutes later than our booking.
Had to wait further 20 minutes to be asked for a drink and for the food came out. The food wasn’t great for what we paid, chicken was tough and the ribs had no meat on them. The whole atmosphere wasn’t like I had seen on videos. Only once did they shout out “Andy’s coming”.
Overall it was an extremely underwhelming experience and not worth the money. The staff did not make it special at all. Save your money total waste of time. The only thing that was half decent was the cheese biscuit (bread roll).

First of all, the restaurant is so cute. The theming is very well done. We loved all the toys, packaging, game pieces, and character cut-outs. Every few minutes, the lighting changes and you listen to a character from Toy Story. Sometimes, it's a warning that Andy is coming and we all freeze. My kids loved it!
Our server was so sweet and friendly. She took great care of us and was happy to talk to the kids and happily brought us more of whatever we asked for.
Finally, the food: we loved it! The brisket was well seasoned and tender, the chicken was delicious, the sausage was very good, and the ribs were sauced and yummy. We enjoyed the mac & cheese most of the sides, but the cucumber & tomatoes were very tasty as well! The biscuits with pepper jelly were also really good! The desserts were all delicious and both kids enjoyed the Forky cupcake.
We ate here with our teenager and our preschooler, and both found lots of things to eat. Yes, the chicken was on the bone but we just cut pieces for our preschooler and he ate it just fine and asked for more.
It's a must-do if you're a Toy Story fan! We just loved it.

Please don’t waste your money ! Family of four $220 for a meal that would cost $50 at most ! The chicken smelt of bleach non of us could eat it . We complained and the waitress said she agreed but said it’s the brine they cook it in 😳. We couldn’t eat it disgusting food ! One piece of sausage to feed four . The Salomon was slimy and under cooked couldn’t eat that either . The dessert is served in a shot glass the only thing that’s absolutely delicious is the biscuits. A glass of white wine was well short of a measure costing $14 . Honestly don’t go you’re better off buying off a stall than this restaurant. I never write reviews but felt I needed to on this occasion to save y’all $100’s of the worst food I’ve ever had! Didn’t eat it but paid the bill and tipped as it wasn’t the servers fault .

had a 2:45 PM reservation spring break week third week of March 2026 with my 8 1/2 year-old daughter and my dad and stepmother. We arrived to the restaurant early had to wait about 20 minutes for a table as you seen most reviews the theme is clear from the get-go. The cast members all seem to genuinely enjoy themselves even if they snicker in the back about the whole charade, my review of the food comes with a disclaimer and that I am not a big Barbecue either way you put it no matter how good it is where it comes from I’m more excited about the sides that I am the barbecue so keep that in mind as you read my review of the food. at $50 a person so right at 60 after tip without any additional beers or drinks added the volume of food matches the price point to where I think the value is there however, the quality of the food you can tell is just Mass produced almost production line style as they’re rolling out the same combination to every single table. practically speaking, I give them credit that it’s all you can eat. The meat was decent. I’m not a corn on the cob fan, but I imagine if I was corn on the cob was probably great. I was excited for their mac & cheese, and it was just bland for me it came with tater tots, which I thought were done well frozen or however they did them. It doesn’t matter to me. The desert experience was fun for both my family specifically my daughter the Andy is coming and everybody stops when I have a bad day. All I have to think of is my daughter whose name happens to be Andi, and the smile on her face each time we would do that whenever I’m having a bad day for me to cheer up. my review probably deserves a four out of five, however given that it’s Disney and it’s a top premier advertised dining establishment and experience which I’m not saying it’s not but for me, I think three out of five is fair. if price point were a bit lower and a little bit more variation of food (oh yeah salmon was STELLAR!), i would have given 4 stars. the service was stellar no complaints there.
