  The rose and crown is located in the United Kingdom pavilion in Epcot, on lake buena vista. This venue offers a traditional English pub setting, serving pints and cocktails. I had the pint of harp, a retro beer from the uk and it was great. The general vibe throughout the pub is fantastic and the cast members working there are British, which only adds to the charm.

  So frustrating. Trying to always keep it magical. I identify as a glass half full person. That said - this interaction left me so angry - not what I have come to expect from cast members here. The crowd at the Rose & Crown was about 2-deep at the bar…guests were seemingly being taken care of generally in the order they were seen at the bar. I waited quietly and patiently, slowly making my way forward without invading people’s space. I was without question the next to be served, and another guest moved in next to me. The cast member - a bar tender from London, England took the order of the Individual who moved in from behind me. I was frustrated, and quietly said to the other guest - you must look like a better customer than me. To which the guest expressed he was sorry for moving in front of me. I would have thought the most appropriate response from the cast member/bar tender from London would have been to simply apologize and say that he would take care of me next. Instead - this cast member/bar tender looked at me and said if I wanted to be served - I should have moved closer to the bar. No matter how you hash this out - this bar tender was wrong. I already had my hand on the bar, and his declaration was unprofessional, inaccurate, and if anything - encouraging of patrons to impolitely step in front of each other to receive service. A sad way to end my day, and my trip to Disney. A reminder - that these individuals who work for Disney are not so magical after all. I’ll encourage folks headed to Florida to seek out a Cruise or one of the options at Universal.

  Our order was not taken after 40 minutes standing in front the waitress. People came later all got their drinks and left, but the waitress kept ignoring us, so we decided not to waste more time for overpriced beer. And the waitress smelled the beer before she served it to someone to make sure which beer was that. But it is not hygenic for serving food.

  Food is great. But the server Sam is constantly attends and talks to a table of five female guests and pretty much ignore me and my 5 year old son. Not Disney standard

  From check-in with the hostess, we didn’t get her name but she was so sweet and accommodating at our request to get a great view of the fireworks! Connor, our server did a fantastic job explaining the menu and complementary 39th wedding anniversary jammy dodgers cookies was a nice touch!
