Great beer choices with amazing flavors. They tasted amazing and had a littlentwink that made them taste extra good. The place had a great atmosphere but was avit loud. The food came out fast and tasted great which is hard to find.

Texas brisket sandwich on Texas toast with a side of baked beans. Really good flavor, and a real meal on a day that was mostly festival snacks. If you're doing the festival and want something filling between booths, this is a good call.

- MMMaxOct 16, 20265.0Eating in America at Epcot may feel "uncultured" but the choice and variety of food on the menu isn't to be sniffed at. The restaurant celebrates regional American flavours and tastes. I went for the sliced Texas beef brisket sandwich which was delicious. Although the beef wasn't shredded, it was still very tasty and cooked to perfection. The garlic toasted bread was also tasty and suited the beef more than a conventional burger bun would. It is a fast food dining experience, you can order on the Disney mobile app and pickup from a window. The dining area was clean and tidy, very spacious. There are cushioned seats with benches at the tables. Nice decor on the walls showing American history or general culture. You can also order in person if you have dietary requirements
