    There are dinners you enjoy and then there are dinners you remember. Had an incredible dining experience at Ravello inside the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort. And every single course felt worthy of the recognition this restaurant continues to receive from the Michelin Guide. We started with the Cesare, loaded with crisp baby romaine, parmigiano, anchovy, and crunchy focaccia croutons that brought the perfect texture to every bite. Then came the Polpettine. Rich, tender meatballs paired with mortadella, prosciutto, pomodoro sauce, mascarpone, and grilled ciabatta that soaked up every bit of flavor. The entrées were absolutely unreal. The Risotto alla Milanese, Ossobuco was pure comfort and elegance on one plate. The saffron risotto was creamy and packed with flavor, while the veal ossobuco was fall-apart tender with bright gremolata cutting through perfectly. One of those dishes you immediately know you’ll be thinking about again later. The Ravioli, Vitello e Funghi was another standout. Delicate ravioli stuffed with veal, spinach, and ricotta, layered with wild mushrooms and finished with truffle essence that made every bite richer than the last. And somehow dessert took it even further. The Pistachio Tartufo delivered creamy pistachio gelato with a cherry center alongside flourless chocolate cake that was dangerously good. Then the Vaniglia Panna Cotta brought a lighter finish with local orange blossom honey, preserved blueberries, angel food cake, and charcoal sponge. Beautifully balanced and plated. From the food to the service, everything was executed flawlessly. Perfectly cooked. Perfectly seasoned. The kind of dinner that reminds you why great restaurants matter. Ravello absolutely lived up to the hype.

    Amazing service and hospitality! Food was great! Order the foccacia bread. Pesto rigatoni is a must try for vegeterians. We also got served a birthday dessert by the staff. It was a very good experience overall
