  I went there last year with 2 celiac sufferers. We were very specific explaining and they were very insistent they knew how to prepare the food safely. Needless to say, they didn’t. My son in law was too sick to participate in the trip for 2 days the family friend for one. But the contamination was discovered during the meal. The manager was profusely apologetic telling us this never happens and come back for another meal on the restaurant the next time we came to town. That was today. After they seated us they informed us the would not comp the meal. We all left. Class act. Wonder how Four Seasons feels about this customer service ! Anyway avoid at all costs. Not remotely worth the price even if the price was free.

  Truly a horrible experience. We came here one year ago. Besides our allergies being not taken seriously (regular pasta in the gluten free pasta), our food was raw. At the time they attempted to make it right by offering to comp our meals (for 8 people). They begged us to make it right. When we called and spoke to the manager this is what we were told as well. When we arrived again for them to make it right (which they insisted), the manager would not honor our comped meal even though he was the one who promised it over the phone. Truly terrible customer service from Bruno and 2 terrible experiences at this restaurant. Corporate and the 4 seasons should seriously reconsider the management, allergy training, and customer experience. Do not make the mistake of coming here.

  Beware if anyone in the party has allergies. They don’t know what they’re doing. We visited for a special occasion and left shocked and disappointed after two members of our group received contaminated dishes prepared for severe allergies. For instance, the gluten-free pasta meant for a celiac allergy also included regular pasta, so the entire meal was compromised and he became ill. The evening turned stressful. They offered a complimentary meal and invited us back to see the true experience. We would not have returned but chose to give them another chance. When we arrived today, months later, they were not informed about that invitation and we left. It was absolutely frustrating, again.

  We had a terrible meal here on 10/1/25. Two of our guests were almost poisoned with their severe allergy, and the rest of our food is completely underwhelming, including raw meat. They did take care of the meal, but we all had such a bad experience. They invited us back any time to make up for it for a fully comped meal. After a year, we finally decided to come back. We made a reservation, called ahead, email confirmed everything, and showed up in person… only for the Chef and the Manager to deny the comp completely. They claimed to have no idea about this at all. They said they would only comp to the two allergy guests… even though the only reason we came back was a comped meal and chance to make up for such a horrible previous experience. So after all this planning, it was yet another HORRIBLE experience. Do not come here. It’s expensive and even if the food could be good, there’s lots is good food. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Our breakfast at Ravello Restaurant at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by the elegance, warmth, and exceptional hospitality that make the Four Seasons such a special place. Having breakfast with the Disney characters made the experience even more magical, creating unforgettable memories for our family that we will cherish for years to come. The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was delicious, and every detail made us feel like we were part of something truly special. It was the perfect way to start our Disney day! What truly made this experience exceptional was Christina Wilson! She was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Her kindness, warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for our family stood out in every way. Christina went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. She made the experience feel personal, and her attention to detail and beautiful personality made our breakfast even more enjoyable. You can tell she takes great pride in what she does and genuinely cares about creating special moments for her guests. Her outstanding service is exactly what you hope for when visiting a world-class resort like the Four Seasons. We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful memories Christina and the entire Ravello team helped create for us. This was more than just breakfast—it was a truly magical family experience filled with happiness, laughter, delicious food, and Disney magic. Christina deserves the highest praise and recognition for her exceptional service. Thank you, Christina, for making our morning so special and unforgettable! We will absolutely be looking forward to returning to Ravello on our future Disney trips with our family.
