  My mom and I visited the Rainforest Cafe at Animal Kingdom for lunch and so glad we did! The atmosphere was great and bought back memories of my childhood. We shared the Jungle steak and shrimp and we both agreed we would order it again. The steak was ordered medium and came out cooked perfectly! Jerome was our server and he was GREAT. Next time we come I will request to have him again as our server!

  Our family has revisited Rainforeest (Animal Kingdom) for the last several years and Lexi H was Awesome 👌 (The Best) She was very professional and pleasant... She served my family of 8 on 4th of July and helped to bring excitement and cherishable moments to our family vacation. When we return next year, we would love to have Lexi again... she represented Rainforest in an outstanding way and should be commended for her great work!!! She felt like family... Thanks Lexi H. For you just being you... it meant a lot to our family. 💯 ❤️

  We wanted a quick bite on the way out of the park and weren't disappointed. Rainforest Cafe was the perfect location, had great menu options for adults and kids and the price was right! The atmosphere was super fun and provided entertainment for the kids (we have 2 under 5 years old) so adults could chat and have a moment after a wild day at the park. We had Charlie as our waiter. He was very accommodating and thoughtful. He offered drinks, silverware and napkins to go. He was knowledgeable about the park, Disney perk programs and resorts. He wasn't pushy and provided information based on interest. This was our first time to the park, but we would definitely add this to our plans if/when we come again.

  We had such a wonderful experience at Rainforest Cafe thanks to our waitress Mary! She was attentive from start to finish, made sure we always had what we needed, and checked in without ever making us feel rushed. She was amazing with the kids—so patient, kind, and engaging—and she even played along with our family’s silly inside jokes, which made the meal even more memorable. She also showed so much grace and kindness toward the adults when we were dealing with a few cranky kiddos. Her positive attitude and genuine care turned a good meal into a great experience. Thank you for helping make our day at Animal Kingdom even more special. We hope to be served by you again on a future visit! 🦋🌿🦍

  Our family recently visited Rainforest Cafe at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and what an unforgettable experience it was! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were transported into a vibrant jungle adventure filled with towering trees, exotic animals, tropical sounds, and the incredible atmosphere that has made Rainforest Cafe a Disney tradition. The restaurant itself is absolutely stunning. Every corner is packed with detail, from the animatronic wildlife and cascading waterfalls to the periodic thunderstorms that make you feel like you’re deep in the heart of the rainforest. It’s not just a meal—it’s an experience that both kids and adults will remember long after the vacation ends. The food was outstanding. Every dish arrived fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Portions were generous, and there was something on the menu for everyone in our family. Whether you’re looking for burgers, seafood, sandwiches, or something sweet to finish the meal, Rainforest Cafe delivers in a big way. **A Special Thank You to Sebastian** While the atmosphere and food were fantastic, the true highlight of our visit was our server, Sebastian. Simply put, Sebastian F was exceptional. From the moment he greeted our table, he made us feel welcomed, appreciated, and genuinely cared for. His friendliness, professionalism, and positive attitude elevated our entire dining experience. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, kept drinks filled, checked on us frequently without ever being intrusive, and made sure every member of our family felt special. In a place as busy as Disney, it’s easy to see who is simply doing a job and who truly loves creating magical experiences for guests. Sebastian absolutely falls into the latter category. His energy, attentiveness, and genuine kindness turned a great meal into one of our favorite memories from the trip. Disney is known for magical moments, and Sebastian created one for our family. If Rainforest Cafe management sees this review, please recognize Sebastian for the incredible job he is doing. He represents the very best of hospitality and customer service. We left with full stomachs, huge smiles, and wonderful memories. We cannot wait to return on our next Disney vacation.
