  Mary was AWESOME. I have a food allergy and she assisted in having someone come out to our table and help me choose my meal. Mary came back to check on us and offered any assistance we needed. She made our breakfast experiance AMAZING. Because of Mary, we will be back many times going forward. We live in east orlando and are annual pass holders so comming back will be easy.   LOOOOOOOVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEE SHANE!!!!!!!! His commentary, personality and recommendations were bar none! My hubby and I got Taste of the Islands for dinner. To me the veggies seemed like an after thought however the rest of the plate was divine! My hubby ended up giving me one of his pieces of tilapia because his were seasoned more and crispier! We ordered 1 alcoholic drink and one non alcoholic drink! The apple crisp and the cheese cake was yummy to finish the meal! Shane was the best part to say the least!

  We had the most wonderful Mother's Day breakfast at Rainforest Cafe at Animal Kingdom, and it was made truly special by our server, Mary. From the moment we sat down, her attention to detail and warm hospitality set the tone for the entire morning. She went above and beyond in ways that made our celebration feel genuinely personal — not just another table to turn over, but a moment that mattered. As Disney Annual Passholders, we visit often and have experienced a lot of meals across the parks — but Mary reminded us that it's the people who make a place truly magical. She made our Mom feel seen and celebrated, and this Mother's Day breakfast is one we'll be talking about on every visit to come. Thank you, Mary! 🌿❤️

  I was extremely disappointed. We had made reservations in advance for 7 people, one of which was a 2 year old. I checked in on line and at the hostess table prior to 6:30. We also made it known we were a Landry member which was supposed to give us priority seating. 45 minutes later we were finally seated and had to request a high chair not once but three times. Finally Charlie, our server, was kind enough to provide one 15 minute after being seated. The air conditioning was so cold we all had to put jackets and sweaters on. Our 2 year old was scared of the frightening gorilla in our section.None of the other sections had scary animals. I ordered the salmon and my plate looked like it had never been washed and had been sitting under the heat lamp for 30 plus minutes. It was an extremely disappointing dining experience for our last night at Disney with a bill over $200 plus dollars. Why make a reservation and be on time only to have to wait another 45 minutes before being sealed.

  Made a reservation at rainforest Cafe on 01/03/2025 for 4pm party of 3 . We arrived at 330pm we spoke to the server and gave the last name she pretended to not see it. I advised her I made the reservation through MDX so we went and waited. 30mins goes by lots of empty tables so at 4pm I got to back to the hostess stand so she says and I quote we are gonna get someone to come talk to you ??? The hostess comes to take us to our table. She comes out with a ticket (Nemiha Pearson party of 4) is what the ticket said so I sat the timer one the server sat us I sat down I asked for a supervisor because my name was changed and it was not by accident. The first supervisor says of we will comp our appetizer. I didnt want any free food . I came for the experience. That was my first time there It took the server 20 min to come greet us 25 mins for our waters then left for another 20 mins adult beverages the restaurant was not crowded. We ordered surf i ordered salmon and my sister ordered the tilapia. My niece order came out Mac i cheese mixed you now people are coming in for dinner we waited until 5:30 pm we still did not receive our food. 4 people came in after in nearby tables and were served in no time I ask our server what happened? Oh is what Dawn says while she was nice she did not want to wait on me or my sister. This discriminatory and blatantly disrepsctful and it was humiliating to have to point out that our service was non existent. And for what? When I asked for a supervisor for a second time he comes the she's behind him 5 mins later with our food that's NOT FRESH NOR HOT! And lord knows what may have been done to it because why did surf take an hour in a half with less than 40% capacity. Chris apologies over and over the first supervisor did not give his name nor did he come back to the table. The service was an eye opener for me very disappointed that this happened at Disney 's animal kingdom at all places. I contacted Landry restaurants no one contacted me back
