  We had an absolute blast at this location. My child has sensory issues, so a fair warning to any other parents with kids facing the same challenges, it is fairly loud. So bring ear protection! The food was delicious, I got a seafood trio plate, and the rest of my family chose to split an appetizer. Bailey, our waitress, Made the experience very personal, by remembering something that I said to my daughter when she passed me in a gift shop, and she brought it up again when she was serving us at our table! It made for a fun joke, and I commended her on that. They were also sure to clap a little quieter, and sing a little quieter for my daughter. I thought that was incredibly nice of them to do, and it warmed my heart to see one of the gentlemen singing doing his best to clap as lightly as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area with kids looking to have a fun themed meal!

  Here’s a polished review you can use: ⸻ We had a fantastic dining experience at Rainforest Cafe! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun and immersive—perfect for families and kids. The food did not disappoint. The chicken tenders and fries were cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and the kids’ pasta meal was a big hit. The Panini club sandwich was especially delicious—fresh, hearty, and very satisfying. What truly made our visit stand out was the exceptional service. Our server, Chris, was attentive, friendly, and polite throughout the entire meal, making sure we had everything we needed. A special shoutout as well to Gilbert, our greeter, who welcomed us warmly and made us feel like part of the family right from the start. Overall, this was a memorable experience with great food and even better service. We’ll definitely be back!

  Einzigartiges Erlebnis im Rainforest Cafe Disney Springs im Disney Springs – das Ambiente ist wirklich beeindruckend mit den detailreichen Dschungel-Elementen, großen Aquarien und dem markanten Vulkan direkt am Eingang, die Lage ist absolut top und macht den Besuch schon besonders, man fühlt sich wie in einer anderen Welt, allerdings wurde der Gesamteindruck leider durch den Service getrübt, das Personal wirkte teilweise genervt und wenig freundlich, was man bei dem Preisniveau so nicht erwartet und was dem Erlebnis deutlich schadet, hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf, denn die Kulisse allein ist eigentlich ein echtes Highlight

  Amazing experience I haven't been to the location since I was little and just brought back so many memories. I got one of the character cups and the straw didn't work at first my waiter Falande was so helpful and brought me a whole new frog head. And at first it didn't work but then she told me what to do and it was perfect. She was amazing and so sweet she's stunning they brought out a little something for my teacher celebrate her birthday and they sang and it was so amazing I highly recommend. Thank you so much Falande for helping us and being amazing

  We were so excited and could not wait to try The RFC. We live here in Orlando, we are AP & DVC members so we have tried many of the restaurants on all of the Disney properties. First and foremost, I was pretty shocked by the prices. I only wanted a salad with protein and they started at $25. We got the lettuce wraps for an appetizer and that was pretty good except the hot peppers on the top were like ghost peppers, not just hot. We waited 50 minutes for a cold chicken salad. The menu said nothing except grilled chicken salad , I had just assumed it would have been warm. Our bill was $90 for an appetizer, 2 salads, 2 iced teas, and a side of fries. My complaint is the manager said we didn't have an entree so we could not get any discount AP/DVC, that just sent me over the edge. 2.5 hours, a cold chicken salad, $90 bill and can't even get a measly 10% off. The bathroom stahls were very dirty, the Dyson hand dryer was broken, and the floors were dirty. All the animatronics need updating. Unfortunately we will never be back.
