  We had an absolute blast at this location. My child has sensory issues, so a fair warning to any other parents with kids facing the same challenges, it is fairly loud. So bring ear protection! The food was delicious, I got a seafood trio plate, and the rest of my family chose to split an appetizer. Bailey, our waitress, Made the experience very personal, by remembering something that I said to my daughter when she passed me in a gift shop, and she brought it up again when she was serving us at our table! It made for a fun joke, and I commended her on that. They were also sure to clap a little quieter, and sing a little quieter for my daughter. I thought that was incredibly nice of them to do, and it warmed my heart to see one of the gentlemen singing doing his best to clap as lightly as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area with kids looking to have a fun themed meal!

  Here’s a polished review you can use: ⸻ We had a fantastic dining experience at Rainforest Cafe! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun and immersive—perfect for families and kids. The food did not disappoint. The chicken tenders and fries were cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and the kids’ pasta meal was a big hit. The Panini club sandwich was especially delicious—fresh, hearty, and very satisfying. What truly made our visit stand out was the exceptional service. Our server, Chris, was attentive, friendly, and polite throughout the entire meal, making sure we had everything we needed. A special shoutout as well to Gilbert, our greeter, who welcomed us warmly and made us feel like part of the family right from the start. Overall, this was a memorable experience with great food and even better service. We’ll definitely be back!

  We were so excited and could not wait to try The RFC. We live here in Orlando, we are AP & DVC members so we have tried many of the restaurants on all of the Disney properties. First and foremost, I was pretty shocked by the prices. I only wanted a salad with protein and they started at $25. We got the lettuce wraps for an appetizer and that was pretty good except the hot peppers on the top were like ghost peppers, not just hot. We waited 50 minutes for a cold chicken salad. The menu said nothing except grilled chicken salad , I had just assumed it would have been warm. Our bill was $90 for an appetizer, 2 salads, 2 iced teas, and a side of fries. My complaint is the manager said we didn't have an entree so we could not get any discount AP/DVC, that just sent me over the edge. 2.5 hours, a cold chicken salad, $90 bill and can't even get a measly 10% off. The bathroom stahls were very dirty, the Dyson hand dryer was broken, and the floors were dirty. All the animatronics need updating. Unfortunately we will never be back.

  I’m a Miami native and have been to Disney springs , universal and Disney many times .I have ate around a lot of places inside the theme parks and boardwalks . Rainforest cafe was a child staple for me and coming back at 22 was nice with my group of friends. We were a party of 15 and coming in a bit late they sat us very quickly which was very nice. The atmosphere is as always the famous rainforest feeling which was great to have a reminiscing phase. It is extremely clean which was amazing from the floor to the animatronics, and surroundings. The only complain I had was the food was a bit mediocre some of the food came out lukewarm or kind of cold , a friend of mines steak was extremely salty. The best part about our visit was our server her name was (Paulette) she was extremely patient , quick and so kind we loved her. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure we had the best experience . If you can ask for her I recommend you do. She was amazing I loved her ! Thank you Paulette !!!

  We had such a lovely experience here from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, and you can really tell they take pride in what they serve. What made the evening even more special was our server: Christopher N. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly without ever feeling overbearing. They checked in at just the right moments, made great recommendations, went above and beyond with helping with my son’s allergies and requirements and made us feel completely looked after the whole time. It’s rare to find service that strikes that perfect balance, but he really did. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it the kind of place you want to sit and enjoy for a while. We left feeling full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and even better service. Thanks so much Christopher N. And the chefs at rainforest.
