  Our server Pasha was fantastic I ordered the LA Lasagna and he suggested to put bacon on it and it was delicious! We gave us plenty of time to look at the menu and was very friendly!! This was our second time here and it was wonderful! Will definitely be coming back when we are back in Disney! The atmosphere was super cool especially all the movie props and clothing they had! They could switch up the music sometimes but other than that it was a fantastic dinner with a great server and a good picture to remember it by from their great photographer lady! She was super nice as well!

  I came to Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs with my family, and overall, our experience was just okay. Unfortunately, the food quality did not meet our expectations, especially considering the prices and the location. I ordered a burger, which was okay—not bad, but nothing particularly memorable. We also ordered the turkey sandwich, and we were surprised that it came with regular deli-style turkey meat rather than what we understood from the menu to be an actual turkey burger. We also ordered the ribs, which were mediocre and didn’t really stand out. The biggest issue for me was the value. Our bill came out to almost $200, and for that price, I expected the food to be much better. The quality simply wasn’t what I would expect from a restaurant in Disney Springs. That being said, our waiter was super sweet, attentive, and friendly, and he provided great service. Because of that, I was more than happy to leave a 25% tip. The service definitely helped make the experience better. Overall, I’d give Planet Hollywood 3 stars. The atmosphere and location are fun, but with the high prices and mediocre food quality, I personally wouldn’t come back—especially when there are so many other dining options at Disney Springs. I expected more from the food and left feeling that the experience wasn’t worth nearly $200 for our family.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our first time visiting Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs and we had a great experience! We were a group of 8 adults and kids, and we all ordered burgers. Everyone really enjoyed their meal, definitely a 5/5. The food came out surprisingly fast for a larger group and everything was fresh and hot. Our server, Jacob, was fantastic! He was very pleasant, outgoing and genuinely friendly. He took great care of our whole group and made the experience even better. 5/5 for the service! We also really enjoyed the atmosphere. The music videos playing across the huge dome and throughout the restaurant were very cool and added to the experience. Great food, large portions, great service and a fun atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

  We came to Planet Hollywood for dinner… somehow left with full stomachs, plenty of Fake Stellas, great laughs, and plans for our next cat tattoo. 😂🍺🐱 Our server Garrett was AWESOME!!! This guy had the best attitude from the second we sat down—funny, upbeat, super attentive, and apparently talented in several industries. 😂 First of all, Garrett made sure the “Stellas” were flowing like we had a sponsorship deal. 🍺😂 Every time we needed something, he was already on it. The man understood the assignment. Then he noticed my cat tattoos… and what started as a compliment somehow turned into Garrett helping us brainstorm an entirely. NEW design for the next one. Apparently tattoo consultations are now included with dinner. 😂🐱 The food was great, the Stellas were cold, but Garrett absolutely made the night. It’s rare to get a server who genuinely seems like he’s having as much fun as the guests, and his energy was contagious. Give Garrett a raise. Keep it real, Mufasa! 👑😂🍺** We’ll absolutely be back—and we’re requesting Garrett!

  **Planet Hollywood Orlando** About a year ago, I had an incredible experience at Planet Hollywood. Seeing so many people happily celebrating their birthdays there, I decided that, when planning our trip to the United States, I wanted to give my daughter the same special experience. I made our reservation well in advance and clearly informed the restaurant that we wanted to celebrate my daughter’s birthday there on 13 August. I provided all the relevant information when making the reservation. When we arrived at the restaurant, I even confirmed with the lady who greeted us that the birthday had been noted and that there would be a surprise birthday message on the screen. She confirmed that everything had been arranged. We were so excited throughout the dinner. The restaurant was relatively quiet, as it was a weekday and the beginning of the school year in the United States. We saw the names of other birthday guests appear on the big screen. The first birthday, then the second… and we kept waiting, believing that my daughter would be next. We finished our dinner, and nothing happened. When we asked our server, who, by the way, was very polite and attentive throughout our entire meal, he seemed surprised and said something along the lines of, “Oh… celebrate it next time.” That response made me even more disappointed. I do not live in the United States. I live in England, and I travelled specifically to the United States to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. I planned this experience in advance because I wanted it to be a special and memorable moment for her. That day, we were actually at Disney, but we left before the fireworks so that we could honour the reservation we had made at Planet Hollywood. I respected the commitment I had made. Unfortunately, I felt that the commitment made by the restaurant to us was not respected. It was never just about seeing her name on the screen. It was about a small surprise that we had requested, expected and looked forward to. It was about creating a special memory for my daughter. I was genuinely very disappointed. It is such a shame because I really like Planet Hollywood, I have always enjoyed the food, and I had such a wonderful memory from our previous visit. But honestly, after this experience, I am not sure there will be a next time.
