He was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Employees like him are what make a restaurant stand out. If you visit Planet Hollywood I highly recommend asking for Eric. He deserves to be recognized for his excellent service and positive attitude thank you Eric for making our experience so wonderful. We will definitely remember this visit.
- MVMatthew VelosoOct 7, 20265.0I had an all-around great experience here. The food was extra tasty, we also got specialty drinks that could easily get even the pickiest drinkers on a tab. The server was energetic, helpful with the menu and offered everything to make sure each meal was EXACTLY how it should be, to the each customers liking. Our servers names was Lou and he deserves his money plus more. He kept us entertained and eager for our food as he discussed the menu. My only gripe and it’s not enough to blemish my experience, is the pricing. Individually, the entrees are about $20 minimum with some going up to $40. The appetizers were fairly priced at $15-20, with a larger $40 choice for a large group to split. Desserts were all $15, but range from cheesecakes to puddings to cakes, so you can decide the worth. Beverages were delish and felt fairly priced given the flavors and options for any drinker. Thank you again to Lou, hope they give you your flowers, bud.

Le pedi especialmente al mozo que estuviera bien bien cocida y estaba muy rosada por dentro! El lugar es muy lindo, muy bien ambientado!
- ZHZach HeningerSep 22, 20261.0I would give a zero if I could. Drinks were trash and falsely advertised. Bar tender excused the issue with claiming that the advertising for them was created with ai. The difference from the visuals to reality was far worse than your typical fast food burger vs the juicy commercial. The excuse felt like a child pointing a finger displacing blame. Following the bar experience, the dinner service was lackluster. It just felt like a spot that just banks on volume given the location. I’m sure they’ve served a handful of ungrateful people given the location, but seems like they’ve given up on quality service. Can’t wait to go back to Disney springs and never go to Planet Trash again. In case mgmt reads this , I had this experience the night of 9/22 with the two bartenders in the first level bar and a server upstairs for dinner.

We understand that mistakes and delays can happen, but the length of waiting, bad service, and apparent mismanagement are unacceptable to me, particularly given the restaurant’s lack of effort to address the situation after notifying them. We waited a total of an hour and a half for our food while dining with two small, tired, and hungry children. In fact, we didn’t see our server for nearly an hour. When he finally came to our table, it was only to inform us that our order had never been put in. Despite this significant delay, no manager ever came to our table to check in on us, explain what had happened, apologize, or offer any assistance. When our food finally did arrive, it was cold. By that point, we were simply ready to leave. The experience had already become so frustrating and unenjoyable that we did not feel it was worth raising another issue at the table. What is most disappointing is that I called Planet Hollywood the following day to explain what happened and give the restaurant an opportunity to make things right. I have yet to receive a call back. I called again twice to follow up, but still haven’t received a response or effort to rectify the bad experience. It has been three weeks. This disregard is ultimately what prompted me to leave this review. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
