  Eric at Planet Hollywood isn’t just a server. Not even close. He’s an action hero in an apron. Somewhere between taking our order for penne, a shake, and a Coke, he transformed into the leading man of the evening. Calm under pressure, charming, attentive, and moving through the restaurant like he’s dodging explosions in a summer blockbuster. Our food hasn’t even arrived yet, and honestly? We already know the experience is a win because Eric has been THAT good. If Hollywood is looking for its next action star, start here. Until then, give this man a raise and maybe his own movie franchise. 🍝🥤🎬

  After so many years (over a decade) of going to Disney Springs, I FINALLY went to Planet Hollywood. I'd never gone because I was always told it was "overrated"....they were wrong! May have just been my experience, but what we ate was DELICIOUS and I am so glad we listened to Patience's recommendations. My mom had the Sesame Ginger Salmon and I had the NY Strip, very basic sounding dishes but trust me they were AMAZING! I don't know how they did it but the Salmon was soft and flaky on the inside and yet had this perfect caramelized outside (my mom let me try a piece 🤤). My steak was melt in your mouth delicious with a perfect sear 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤. For dessert my mom and I split the White Chocolate Bread Pudding which also was a home run, that sweet whiskey sauce was chef's kiss! The cherry on top was Patience's attentive and kind service, checking on us just enough without forgetting about us, which I love. I definitely hope to have her as a server on a future visit! 😄

  Our table and menus were very dirty. Gum under the whole underneath of table on 4th floor, water was served with actual paper floating in it. Server took it and replaced it when we showed him. Fried chicken sandwich was warm at best and missing the requested sauce on the side. One salad was served missing the chicken. Server brought it well after we made him aware of it. Music was so loud you couldn't even talk. Very expensive for a poor experience. I am checking this resurant off the revisit list. I would expect better of a resturant on Disney property. I would think a manger would come over to a table that had these issues reported (the Disney experience). Side note the Hamburger was good.

  First time visiting Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs and it did NOT disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish , everything came out fresh, flavorful, and way better than we expected. The atmosphere was fun, energetic, and made for such a great experience for our family. But the real standout was our server, Anthony! He was honestly one of the best servers we’ve ever had. Friendly, attentive, funny, and genuinely made us feel welcome the entire time. He checked on us often, made great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect without ever being overbearing. You can tell he truly cares about giving guests an amazing experience. Anthony completely elevated our visit and is a huge reason we’ll definitely be back. If you go, ask for him! 10/10 experience all around!

From the moment we sat down at the bar, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, valued, and incredibly well-cared for. ​Outstanding Hospitality & Attention to Detail ​Louisva’s attentiveness and friendly, accommodating demeanor set the tone for the entire evening. He was not just taking orders and serving drinks; he was actively creating a genuine, engaging atmosphere for his guests. Even though the bar area was bustling, he managed his station with remarkable grace and never once made us feel rushed or overlooked. ​Going the Extra Mile ​What truly sets Louisva apart is his willingness to go above and beyond to solve problems for his guests. During our visit, he took the extra time to help us adjust the television so we could catch our favorite game—a fantastic touch of hospitality that shows he truly cares about the guest experience. ​Later in the evening, I realized I had accidentally dropped a card behind the bar area.
