My daughter's chicken was dry and flavorless - no seasoning at all - She requested a ranch to add flavor, and it took nearly 20 minutes to get it after we asked again. The bill was brought to us without any discussion for a bill reduction due to the poor food quality and the time it took to resolve. We expected better from P.H.

From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He checked in on us regularly without ever feeling intrusive, made great recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly as ordered. The food was fantastic, but Garret's exceptional service is what truly stood out. He had a positive attitude, great sense of humor, and made us feel like valued guests throughout the meal. It's rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to make your dining experience memorable, and Garret did exactly that. If you're dining at Planet Hollywood, I highly recommend asking for Garret V. He turned a great meal into an exceptional experience. We'll definitely be back!

Very thankful we were paired with Lou! I assaulting loved his energy and attentiveness not just to us but to the tables in his assigned area. He met everyone with the same energy like he wanted everyone to be there. That was special! The “carnival wheel” app was perfect for me and my wife!! Those chicken tenders are soooooo good!!! The little hint of sweetness with the max crunch was exactly what I was looking for before we head to Disney today! We appreciate Lou also getting our name on the video board for wedding anniversary!! Oh we will be making this a must stop every time we see in Orlando!
- DYdede yJun 21, 20265.0My family and I visited Planet Hollywood during a family vacation. This was my first time and I thoroughly enjoy it. Love the observatory look from the outside by the way. Our server Lou made this experience wonderful and I will definitely return. He was energetic, welcoming, and always checking on us ensure we were taken care of. Also the interior is gorgeous: the projected screens displaying music videos really brought that "Hollywood" scene to life and the Hollywood memorabilia throughout the restaurant was amazing to me. Lastly, the food was a 10/10 and that's coming from a picky eater myself. The guac and chips was extremely flavored with the pickled onions, corn, cheese, and fresh jalapeños. I tasted a bit of my family members' salmon, best salmon i ever had, perfectly cooked (tender not dry at all), and the glaze was splendid. I will leave some pics below.

The restaurant was clean, visually impressive, and provided a fun dining experience for the family. Unfortunately, the food quality was disappointing. I ordered a cheeseburger with mayonnaise, and the only special request I made was forgotten. When the burger was returned, I was given Hellmann's mayonnaise instead of having real mayonnaise such as Dukes available. The burger itself was surprisingly low quality—honestly below what I would expect from many fast-food restaurants. Service was mixed. Our server was polite and friendly, but our drinks frequently sat empty and required attention. One of my daughters ordered the sirloin steak and did not enjoy the flavor at all. On a positive note, my wife and another daughter both enjoyed the ribs and had no complaints about their meals. We were using the Disney Dining Plan, and I asked if an $8.99 milkshake could be substituted as my dessert. I was told no, even though the available dessert options included a $12 cheesecake or a brownie. Since I didn't want either option, I reluctantly chose the cheesecake. The rest of my family selected brownies and enjoyed them, but the cheesecake was not very good. Overall, the atmosphere and facility were excellent, the staff was courteous, and some menu items were enjoyable. However, the disappointing food quality, inconsistent drink service, and inflexible dessert options left me unsatisfied. I actually left the restaurant still hungry, which is not what I expected from a family dining experience at this price point.
